We worked with Tom at Cluttons Chelsea to find a new flat and had a great experience. Tom was super responsive and helped us secure a flat in a couple of days. He had great advice about the flat and helpful guidance about the offering process. Couldn’t have asked for a better flat hunting experience!

GoogleALEXANDRE CHAPALAIN I approached Cluttons earlier in the year to help me with purchasing a flat. I was immediately impressed by how helpful everyone was and by the number of suitable properties I was pro-actively shown which were in line with my very specific criteria. Through no fault of Cluttons, problems began to emerge shortly after my offer was accepted thanks to the erratic demands of the vendor. It is fair and accurate to say without Alexandre Chapalain at Cluttons this sale would have fallen through at every hurdle, of which there were many. Alex was patient, consummately professional and often charming throughout, despite an array of eccentric and unreasonable conditions thrown our way. His communication was frequent, clear and exceptional; his pursuit of slothful conveyancers tactful yet remorseless. He scythed through the Gordian knot of real estate red tape like Alexander the Great. Thanks to his peerless dedication and dogged determination the sale eventually went through. I don’t want to ever buy another property, but if I did, I would go nowhere else but to Cluttons and Alex.

GoogleI used Cluttons to buy a flat in the London Bridge area in 2022. Alexandre Chapalain was very prompt in responding to queries and organising viewings, and allowed me as much time in the flat as I needed before putting in an offer. Throughout the process, even though he wasn't acting for us, he was very responsive whenever there were the inevitable delays and helped to resolve any miscommunications quickly and effectively. As a result the buying process ran smoothly with a minimum of stress. I would recommend him.

GoogleGeorge Barker was our real estate agent when buying a property in Shad Thames and we cannot recommend him enough. His patience, professionalism and knowledge of the market is second to none and we are so grateful for his help in finding the perfect property. It took us over two years to finally complete due to EWS1 issues and throughout the long process he was always really supportive. In particular, we were impressed by how on-point his recommendations were - he listened to our priorities and it was a breath of fresh air to have someone recommend properties that were actually right for us. Really great home buying experience.

GoogleI recently closed on a lease in the Shad Thames. Lucinda was instrumental in finding the perfect flat and helping to negotiation terms. I knew the moment we spoke on the phone that she would be my agent for how ever long it took to find the perfect unit. It didn’t take long. And I believe it was because of Lucinda’s attentiveness in letting me know when a flat first comes to market, getting us the first viewing, and submitting our bid first. If I ever move from this flat with a view of the river and Tower Bridge, I will seek out Lucinda for guidance on where I should go next. Her number is permanently save in my contacts. I can’t recommend her service enough.

He has a superb knowledge of the local area, he listens to the clients' needs, he is timely in providing useful feedback on viewings, is practical and patient in negotiations and is genuinely helpful in keeping the lines of communication between buyer and seller open during the sale process. GoogleMy apartment in Shad Thames was recently sold by George Barker at Cluttons.He was most efficient , showing it to interested buyers before it was actually advertised and achieved a sale within four weeks. Throughout the process he kept me fully informed and ensured that there were no delays . Cluttons Tower Bridge had let this property for 20 years for us and was also responsible for selling a previous property in the same area achieving the asking price . I have always found them to be efficient, approachable and reliable .

Alex Chapalain visited is promptly, told us what he thought he flat would achieved and delivered exactly that price when we sold. Throughout the process we were kept well informed on developments.
