GoogleIf I could give lower I would.. how this company is still going is a joke! The most useless… dorking clarion is awful! Trying to take money when I wasn’t living in the property! All the stuff I had to endure while living there and they did nothing!! I lost a baby because of all the stress they caused!!

GoogleExtremely poor service waited 2 weeks for an appointment waited home all day and was a no show been on the phone numerous times to be told have to wait a further week for another appointment only need my shower fixed I’m a disabled person can’t fault the staff on the telephone very polite and helpful it’s not their fault they take the brunt of it but clarion really need to start delivering

GoogleI have been trying to get a complaint resolved for 6 years. They promise to address it then disappear each time for months on end until I get cross and chase it again... and repeat! I've spent ridiculous amounts of time phoning them about mould on windows and can't get anyone to take responsibility for even answering my questions, it just goes into a black hole every time. I've not had a single answer provided.

GoogleAbsolutely DISGUSTING company, had black mold in the house and they sent someone out with run of the mill paint to just paint over it.... left a mentally ill tenant with a broken toilet for 2 months
