GoogleAbsolutely shocking customer service. Have allowed my Dads neighbours (RG22 5BF) to build a fence on his front lawn restricting access to his gas meter in what’s already a hostile situation. They have no care for people’s mental health or wellbeing. I’m very disappointed that any company would allow this behaviour

GoogleI would give this company a negative star rating if I could. The staff are incompetent, unhelpful, slow and always on holiday! If the person you are dealing with is away, there are insufficient systems in place for you to get an answer (a "not my problem" mentality). My first sale fell through because they took forever finding simple documents in archive! I have the unfortunate luck that they seem to have all the desirable flats and have to go through them again! Avoid like the plague if you can.
