GoogleTerrible service don’t know how they still operate as a company the service provided is horrendous my door to my flats it’s completely shattered and they refuse to replace the glass all they’ve done is put tape on it

Googlehow a housing association is alowed to opperate like this is beyond me. A private landlord would probably be pe put in prison if they treated their tenants the way clarion do

So this thieving scumbag housing association are ripping tenants off left right and centre!! First it was the cowboy gardening contractors not cutting lawns and now it’s the caretakers not attending the estate. I for one will not allow this corrupt housing association to get away with it.
