Chat system crashed so phoned ..then got cut off by person who answered after about 1 min of chatting ..systems seam to go down far too often . Not helpful to a tenant at work to spend this amount of time to get bathroom repairs sorted so I can have a shower ..a basic daily need

I started a conversation with the Clarion emergency team at 8am this morning, was told someone would get back to me, by 12Midday no one had. I rang again and was on hold for over an hour, which I was paying for, was given another number to call, directly to the Contractor, however after holding on with them for 45 minutes, it was the wrong contractor as they only did gas heating and water, I explained that I told Clarion I was Electric only, surely they should know this!! I then contacted Clarion again was told they would get the correct contractor to call me backIm still waiting, its 15.33............

It was the helpfulness of the advisor I had. They collected the information & went to speak to the surveyor. At regular intervals kept letting me know that they were still online chatting with me, so that I didn't think they had hung up. I can't fault them. Very helpful with sorting put my queries.
