I find the Clarion LiveChat is a very good service. It was only a few minutes before I was able to speak to Dominic. I had an existing repair number so he quickly looked up the job. He sent an email to the appropriate department to check the progress of my fence repair. He told me what he had done and that I would hear from them within 5 days. Fast and efficient! I hope the repair will be completed to the same standard :)

Sandra came across quite angry and a little rude. But that's the problem with reading text, how it's read in the receivers mind isn't always how it reads in the senders mind. They referred my case to Ark pest control who should have contacted me but haven't. So they have let Clarion down which is a shame because it tarnishes Clarions reputation.

Live chat with Kadeen who was very helpful and informed me that the work order/engineer that I had waited in for would not be attending and rescheduled the appointment.However this is the 3rd repair that has been “rescheduled” this week for a months time which means the repairs will deteriorate which in turn could effect my households health.Clarion have surpassed themselves when it comes to their incompetence in repairing their properties putting tenants health and safety at risk.The housing stock and tenants far out number the task force that is employed for the repairs causing poorly maintained properties yet they still increase the rent by the maximum allowed by a housing association of 7% each year.
