GoogleI highly recommend Cityzen, I enjoy my staying, never had a problem with the flat however they always helped and answered my questions. When I decided to leave the whole process was super easy and they understood why I needed to leave, they were also very respectful with viewings time.

We asked them so many questions (many of which were silly) and yet they answered them all in a timely and polite manner. Really Impressed

GoogleWorst agent in London - would avoid at all cost. As a landlord I found out the hard way that staff and MD clearly do not care about tenants or trying to retain them. Have now twice had tenants move out after six months, with the last tenants stating they found it very hard to be managed by them, with agents charging more fees for finding new tenants.
I am sorry you weren't happy with the service we provided to you as a landlord. Unfortunately you never gave us the opportunity to discuss your grievances, had you done so you would have found i do care. Tenants often move out after 6 months as their circumstances change, this is why people rent in order to have the flexibility. If your tenant left early using a break clause then its company policy to credit you back the remainder of the fee I feel worst agent in London is a little harsh as on "all agents" we are one of the top agents in London for service!
