Jazmin showed us the property and then Ali the property manager took care of everything else! Smooth transition (like I only had to email them on 3-4 occassions with confirmation of holding deposit, contract signing, referencing and key collection-that's it) responds to calls swiftly as I wanted to confirm the office address for key collection. Friendly and supportive staff! Would definitely recommend! Thanks again Ali!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. this agency left my sister and I without hot water and heating for 4 weeks during a snowy winter and a global pandemic, forcing us to break lockdown rules as they completely ignored our requests. Finally we reported them to environmental protection and they reluctantly sent a plumber. Before they reply with lies, we have all the evidence of their disgraceful and irresponsible management. Do yourself a favour and never rent with this agency.

If I could, I would give them a negative rating. They are London's worst agents in my experience. Do not rent your property from them, take my advice🙏🏻🙏🏻 They refused to give us any discounts despite the fact that we had numerous problems with our apartment. They also attempted to discredit our references for the next apartment, but thankfully we still had all of the evidence. Anyway, keep away from them for your own good! Updating my review to share my reply: It speaks volumes about your working methods if you're going to take legal action against a student for voicing her opinions based on her experiences.

No customer service whatsoever. I think they never heard of the term. We have rented with them , but pretty much I d say it was a business transaction nothing more. Asked for a couple of things like getting the keys one day before so we don’t have to pick them up on Monday ( 9 to 6 pm , I normally work those hrs and cant pick them ), we were refused. Similar with other stuff. Very very poor customer service, plain business so to say , although not much business is there , is it

I have just moved my property to Cityzen from another management co and have to say I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of service I have received so far. The first thing they did was increase my rental income by revaluing the property, they then secured me a new tenant at a higher rent and more than I was previously getting. I think by working with a private company like Cityzen the attention to detail and service I get is far superior to the big corporate companies I have previously worked with.
