GoogleI had an amazing experience with the office, and Cory especially. I Moved to London from abroad, and had to find someone I fully trusted to get my apartment without even looking at it!! The apartment was just like in the photos and even better. Cory went above and beyond for me and I couldnβt be more appreciative! I highly recommend β€οΈππΌ

Googleif it was possible i would give this company 0 stars. I had the worst experience renting with them. The manager was not helpful at all. They were very uncivil and made me feel unsafe and troubled by their actions while I rented the property. I have had my other friend rent through them as well and she has had the same experience. I highly recommend you stay away from this agency at all cost.

GoogleHad great experience with Cory - he handled viewing, contract and and the rest of proceedings before my move-in date. Cory was very professional and diligent in answering questions and generally being helpful. I see a lot of negative reviews, I will update mine after being tenant for some time to reflect post move-in phase as well.

GoogleAfter renting for 6 months we decided to move flats and in the inspection they flipped the mattress and there was a massive stain which we had never seen given all the furniture was brand new and we didn't need to flip the mattress. They tried to deduct from my deposit and I had to come down on them hard to stop them. Don't blame innocent renters and then try and scam their money

GoogleWe had a very pleasant experience with Cityzen, from the viewing we had 3 years ago to the last day when we returned the keys to the flat. Our contacts were always very responsive and helpful and there were no issues which were left unresolved. Clear communication and professionalism! We would 100% recommend. GoogleMy partner and I rented a flat for 6 months from Cityzen and had such a terrible experience of it. You can always feel when a landlord or group doesnβt care about their properties and we felt that the entire time. Though the flat was beautiful, there were so many issues like a carpet moth infestation and water damage to the wooden floors from a leak in another flat that took months to even get appropriate responses on (we had to threaten to leave to truly feel like our concerns were heard). We eventually left the flat but the manager took photos of a piece of thread on the stairs and staining on the curtain that was present when we moved in and used those to take an extra couple of hundred from our deposit for βcleaningβ. Theyβre friendly when they want you to rent from them but when you no longer benefit them, donβt expect a pleasant or collaborative experience. Not to mention there was construction outside our flat almost the entire time which was a nuisance at the best of times

You attended a viewing of the flat and the property was taken as seen (as agreed on your initial written offer) all issues raised after you moved in were acted upon swiftly including an unfortunate leak from the flat above and you were kept updated with numerous emails from your property manager. CityZEN responded in full to the Property Ombudsman following your complaint and the property Ombudsman concluded that the matter was handled satisfactorily by CityZEN with no complaint for us to answer.

GoogleWould give 0 stars if possible, I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs if you rent in London. Rented for 6 months with them and from day 1 there were multiple issues with the flat. All of the problems were hidden before we had moved in and they failed to mention any off the issues upon us getting the keys. They only bothered to fix 1 issue after weeks of pestering them for updates and support They only care about filling their pockets, when we needed help messages came like twice a week but when it was time to leave, all of a sudden correspondence about deposits and end of tenancy cleaning was communicated in a matter of hours Do not rent with these people if you can help it If you spent the same amount of time helping renters as you do responding to honest reviews and ignoring problems, you'd be doing a whole lot better
