I cannot say enough great things about my experience so far with CityZEN. After viewing properties with many different companies in Manchester, I can say that CityZEN are way above average in the service they provide. The experience has been so smooth and I have received amazing support from everyone I have spoken to at the company even down to the London team who I had spoken with over the phone a handful of times. I especially want to recommend Tommy at the Manchester office who has been nothing but professional, kind and so helpful. He’s made this experience so easy and enjoyable as he’s been there to answer any questions I have had throughout the whole process. Thank you so much to Tommy and the whole team, I couldn’t be happier with my experience and loving my new home.

I have been using Cityzen to manage and find tenants for my apartments in London now for 15 years, and have always had a very good experience, being from their rental area right through to their management team and especially Danny, who has been managing any works that need to be done in my property for many years. I have owned a number of rental properties over the years, both in Australia and the UK, and have found Cityzen to be very easy to deal with, always returning my calls and working in a flexible manner, especially when I have been travelling and in different time zones. When I've spoken to my tenants, they have always given Cityzen good reviews, saying they are easy to deal with and manage the properties well.

I worked with Jazmin recently on a viewing and securing a flat in London (which is arguably a really stressful process). Despite being at capacity and stretched, she found time to organise a viewing for me and led me through the process on finding a great place - to the extent where she was responding to emails during her leave to ensure that my offer was made in a timely manner. Really grateful for all of her help and especially her communications with the landlord. Couldn't recommend working with her enough.

Very simply put, as a landlord, Cityzen do a FANTASTIC job. I have never had a void property, the tenants have reported any and all issues to Cityzen - to which I have been made aware of immediately. It is down to me as the landlord to say yes or no to sorting out issues (by the way, it's always, ALWAYS a yes!! :)) - NOT Cityzen. So, to those disgruntled tenants that have left poorer reviews, I would suggest that you direct your disappointment in the right direction - your landlords! Cityzen have been professional, helpful, communicative, quick in response to any and all issues and both I (and tenants) could not recommend them highly enough. Big shout to Simon, Jeremy, Danny, Misha et al. A sterling job as ever and I look forward to continuing our relationship going forward!!

Would give a 0. Peter Ogundare is the craziest property manager I have ever met, when we viewed the property at the end of May the Cityzen staff said the property was pet friendly and that the property would be available in 8th of July. So we paid the holding deposit, and then Peter took care of our follow up references for the next two months, during which he was arrogant, didn't reply to messages from time to time, and didn't want to help me. By the time we waited until late June we had not received the rental contract! This made me think it was a scam, we emailed and asked Peter he said he would give us the contract and the way to pay the rent on the 28th of June. But it was still disconcerting, so we kept calling Cityzen in mid-June to ask questions about the contract and if the flat was really pet friendly, and after many calls urging me to do so, they talked to me and told me that the apartment is pet friendly but the landlord won't allow pets. We had to give up the holding deposit to rent a new flat. Afterthat Peter sent the rental contract only on the 5th of July, three days before we were supposed to start our tenancy！But we stated early on that we would not stay if the flat was not pet friendly. This seems to have angered Peter as he stated that there was no proof to indicating that we didn't want to rent the property, but I did call and ask his colleague! Doesn't the company staff communicate with each other? It's a good thing we left, otherwise it's hard to imagine the amount of trouble we would have had after moving in with cityzen's help!
