Had an awful experience with this estate agency. Enquired about a flat in London, called them twice as I knew good flats in London go quickly but they insisted on communicating via email. After back and forth emails they gave me a viewing date for 5 days later. I accepted. One day before viewing, Max Newman emails me and cancels my viewing appointment saying the tenants want to shorten the viewing time to before 4pm. Like okay?! Maybe try and adjust me before 4pm then, i am flexible?? To which he said sorry can’t do. Enquired about another flat on rightmove, called them up and confirmed it was available, but they insisted on ‘our colleague will get back to you on email’ but no one got back to me.

Adriana and Ali Ahmed helped me with my rental. They were very enthusiastic and professional. Whenever I have problems, I can reply and solve them in time. I like them a lot. Adriana is very beautiful and very efficient. Ali Ahmed is a great guy, I always get a quick response when I email him with questions! Plus, The Haydon house is great!

Rented a home from Cityzen for 5 years and had a great experience over the time. Whenever we had any problems in the home they were more than happy to help, quick to respond, and very efficient. Special mention to Danny J who was enthusiastic and helpful throughout the time he looked after us and honestly went above and beyond every time. From a tenant's point of view, CityZen has made my last tenancy very easy. Jesse, our property manager, has been a delight to work with by being calm and collective. We've been able to get on with our lives without any disruption and if any problems did arise, Jesse was quick to respond and a solution agreed promptly. Metin was also lovely, arranging flat viewings for the next tenancy for one day on a weekend. This was very helpful not to disrupt our work schedules to be home. I feel this estate agent is very fair and honest as we have been given our full deposit back with no complications. This makes a pleasant change from the last company my tenancy was with who would allow landlord's to take from the deposit for the sake of it. I would use this Estate Agent again if I were to rent.
