We first used CityZEN when a couple of colleagues and I bought our first flat for the rental market inn 2006. In 2009 we purchased another 2 flats again using CityZEN. CityZEN provide management services for the flats including finding tenants, advising and collecting rent, arranging repairs and replacements. The number of vacant days between tenants have been minimal. Throughout our period of working with CityZEN we have received good advice and most importantly found them to be trustworty.

Gave false information about parking at a viewing. Followed all instructions given by office (Manchester) when parking at the property. They failed to explain that some of the spaces were not allocated to the property we were viewing. Then got a £60 parking ticket. Contacted office but told they won't help with paying it despite it being their false and misleading information that led to it.

From a tenant's point of view, CityZen has made my last tenancy very easy. Jesse, our property manager, has been a delight to work with by being calm and collective. We've been able to get on with our lives without any disruption and if any problems did arise, Jesse was quick to respond and a solution agreed promptly. Metin was also lovely, arranging flat viewings for the next tenancy for one day on a weekend. This was very helpful not to disrupt our work schedules to be home. I feel this estate agent is very fair and honest as we have been given our full deposit back with no complications. This makes a pleasant change from the last company my tenancy was with who would allow landlord's to take from the deposit for the sake of it. I would use this Estate Agent again if I were to rent.
