GoogleAVOID this 'agency' by all means if you don't want frustration and anger in your life ! One day there will be justice and on that day they will have no clients.
Hi Zsolt, sorry you feel unhappy with the service we provided. I remember the issues but won't discuss them in such an open forum. Luckily our client database is growing year on year therefore we must be doing most things right!

Florian, I am sorry you felt your time was wasted but we don't know who you are as you are not on our database. Perhaps you shouldn't accuse genuine happy customers of being fake, that's insulting to me and them! Just because you are clearly not happy with my company doesn't mean everyone is of the same opinion. I'm pleased to say more reviews are positive than negative but then there is always those who are negative about our industry no matter what we do and i guess you are in that category

Their agent showed up late to our appointment, made me wait outside while showing the property to other people saying she'd be 5 minutes, waited over twice that before deciding to leave, shortly after she calls me wondering if I was around and still wanted to see the flat!? Unhealthy mix of disrespectful and dumb.

GoogleFirst estate agent I've come across who refused to do a video viewing.
Dear Misbah I apologise if there was a misunderstanding, we do video viewings of course but couldn't do the requested video viewing on the same day as we had to give the tenants 24 hours notice. If you would still like to view the flat I would be happy to organise this personally for you. Warren Black
