My deposit was to be refunded within 10 days its past 2 weeks no response from the team. Tried contacting via email phone calls but no response and my deposit is yet stuck with no updates. Very poor service.

Ask you to pay for a holding deposit of around 500 pounds before even viewing the place: Absolutely ridiculous and nonsense Nice agents, that’s a shame it seems their business model is flawed and definitely not what property/ flatshare hunting should be like to me (and to lot of people I talked to)

The worst agency ever! We had broken shower for one month because they refused to fix it, sent the contractor a few times and he did nothing. The internet connection is intermittent and even if we notified them around 20(!) times nothing happened. They are not responding to emails. I definitely do not recommend.

Rude staff, overpriced apartments. Overall had a very unpleasant experience with them. Promised me an apartment and once I go on site to sign the contract, the apartment has been given to someone else. Instead of helping me find a similar one, I was advised to go look on their website myself
