They are all lazy liars with crazy prices and horrible properties. They told me I couldn't visit the flat I was renting before moving in, I understand why. Nothing like the pictures, mold everywhere. Pretty much no customer service. Go on gumtree and find a property rented by the actual landlord.

They find ways to not pay your deposit back.
Hi Pete,In terms of the deposit, all deposits are in a deposit protection scheme, as it should be. They won't be released until the last checks have been done. Any damage has to be declared to the scheme, and to the tenant, and the funds are released only when disputes are settled. At all times deposits are held by a third party in this case mydeposits.co.uk.Hope all the above is useful.
