Googleafter a lot of problems at the beginning with bedbugs in the accommodation, they were able to be reactive despite a lot of misunderstanding, they lent accommodation for one night while waiting to disinfect the apartment. More later, I reserve myself review my judgment with a more positive or negative note depending on the evolution of the situation

Hi Laura (your roommate is Melissa),Apologies for the delay in reply, as we do not have your full name we have deduced that you recently moved out of an apartment in the E3 2QB postcode.You mention that "House full of humidity and they don’t care. Not suitable for human beings. And when we told them wa want to leave they mentioned to sue us if we don’t finish the contract". As you know, we asked you to vacate the property as you had moved a cat with you without the Landlord's consent. This represented a serious breach in your tenancy agreement. As your contract states, clause 3.4.9 "Not to keep on the Property any animal, bird or domestic pet without first obtaining the Landlord’s written consent".Subsequently after your flatmates made a complaint with regret we had to serve you notice and end your tenancy agreement as you did not want to rehouse your cat. We understand you did not like this but regrettably we had other resort.Kind Regards,

These guys deserve a big 5 stars from me. I walked and walked London for days. Viewing after viewing and nothing. Finally I was recommend by a new friend to simply walk into their office and ask for a room.Spoke to an agent Gio, very nice chap, all went fast and good.Great for people in a big rush.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! I have had the best experience with City Rooms. I was helped my a gentleman called Zimmy and he was very polite and professional. He definitely earned my full trust as he sorted the problem we had with our internet so quickly! To be honest the room prices are pretty decent! other companies take notes!

GoogleSCAM. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY. They tell you everything very well in words and then they raise the price of what was originally said. BEFORE doing anything, ASK FOR IT IN WRITING. They are smoke peddlers. I will not be the first or the last to be scammed, the comments speak for themselves!!

No consideration for special circumstances at all. Too much hustle is not worth it impossible to get out of a contract with these people.

Dear Sofia, A contract is an agreement between City Rooms and the tenant wherein both parties agree to the terms and the duration of the tenancy.
