‘Cityrooms.com’ provides an unprofessional and untrustworthy service that demands a £500 fee before viewing the property without declaring any costs and without signing any documents, so if you change your mind or don't like what they have you are stung with high costs they try to justify after the event. This practice is in breach of the Consumer Credit Act, so don't don't be tempted by fast pushy sales talk. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Google3 months without hot water, internet and a disastrous room. Every time I contacted them they pretended nothing had happened, passing the buck on another colleague.. The worst agency I've had in the last 6 years in London

GoogleVery very poorly organized agency! Even if they are at fault they will not give you any gifts (they rented me a room on the day I arrived directly from the airport, they told me that the room was not available and that's meager as I had booked and paid on their site!!!!) they are not friendly and there are many agencies I advise you to go elsewhere but especially not with them!

GoogleTotal lack of professionalism, I asked to see the houses they were offering me BEFORE agreeing to sign a contract and they practically laughed in my face and called me crazy. I assume all 5 star reviews are paid.

GoogleI have been very well and found what I was looking for. Being my first time in London and not speaking English I have not had any problems with them. They work reasonably well and the international team allowed me to find people who speak my language in the agency, which is always appreciated. Happy and grateful to Puri, for the time he dedicates to me when I need his help. Recommendable.

One advice : go away from this agency !!!!!!Never sign with them. They're crooks! Hidden charges everywhere, so-called household charges, if you see the common areas of the apartments. Besides if they change their name every two years, it's for a good reason. You can contact me in MP I will explain you why you should never sign with them! They take advantage of the newly arrived to rip them off
