I was moving to London from Spain and I booked a room online with Arielle. I was worried at the beginning especially reading the review online but she was very responsive all the time and made me feel secure and trust this company. Great job!

GoogleI put a star out of obligation because it doesn't even deserve it. Incompetent staff who should change jobs. 3 weeks without hot water and we are told this is normal. 3 weeks to respond to emails. Look carefully at your contract which is xxx pages long and when you want to leave before your contract you are asked to pay 7% of the rent plus one week plus the whole month. cityroom rhymes with thieves, crooks, incompetents etc.

GoogleDO NOT ENTER, DO NOT TRUST, READ THE CONTRACT AND IT IS A SCAM. Once signed, you will be trapped, they will take money from you for a poor service that does not have the slightest sense of humanity. Don't trust managers, even senior ones like Mr GEORGE, or DANIEL the Frenchman. They will make you sign a contract with absurd clauses such as a contract split which can only be obtained if you find a replacement or you have to pay the agency which does not guarantee you even if you pay that they will find someone and if they don't find them you will still have to pay the rent, rooms dear distant and expensive ones, they tell you that the bills are included but it's not true, and if there is a problem they won't solve it, READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY, don't give deposits also because they do it to you joke that says the room is gone and you have to choose another of theirs because they won't give you your money back.

GoogleDo not rent a room with this agency. Apparently they are very friendly, it even seems that the office workers generate some kind of complicity with you, but they are scammers. The rooms are what you see, if you visit it, but they charge you 150 pounds just to complete the process of renting it to you, if you leave before what you have contracted, they charge you another 150 pounds of which they do not notify you until two months later , when they return your deposit, they do it by subtracting this amount, which is not recovered in life, because they act crazy, and stop answering your phone and answering your emails, on top of that, you have You have to take care of renting the room, which is not easy with the amount of deposits they ask for. They assure you that they will offer you another room in case you are not comfortable, a lie, it is not true, you stay where you are, the problems that arise in the apartment, they do not solve in life, once you have paid, they don't care about the rest. There are a million agencies in London, this would be my last choice ever!

Good rooms in good areas. They are a little bit higher than other landlords but it's worth it. My personal contact was Jamie the property manager and he was amazing very friendly and responsive.

A lot of fake reviews here. City Rooms is the worst business in London. Avoid them. You can trust me. They are cheating and giving you anxiety. You will get mental problem with them.

Google5 start to Mouad! At the end I haven't take a room with the agency but his service was excellent. He is very professional and he tried everything to sort out my situation. He was very clear and honest. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends.

GoogleI had a very good experience with The City Rooms! Customer service was great, even though I had to chase them a bit.. they don`t charge for viewings like most of other agencies and I could visit 3 different flats until I found the right one. I didn`t really like my flatmates unfortunately so I asked them to move me to another place, they allowed me to transfer for free. I spent over 6 months with this agency, now moving to Australia and just got back my whole deposit that has been protected as promised! THUMBS UP :)

My agent was super helpful from the beginning with all my questions and any issues that I faced, he was actively available on WhatsApp to offer help. I have gone ahead and decided to move to another property managed by cityrooms, because of my agent, Salvo. The company is also good overall, Alicia and Simone are very prompt with administrative queries and maintenance related problems.

GoogleBeautiful words but so many lies in the end. Our contract started on September 10 but impossible to enter the room before the 13th! Then we see that the mattress is completely smashed. We send photos. We are promised a new bed within 3 days. After 3 days, the mattress was replaced with another old mattress (just during the 30 minutes we were away)!!! In short, I don't recommend it at all.

Just an awful experience. Staff terrible, when they do respond. We had no heating all winter and no effort made to fix it. Then trouble with return of deposits as well.Talked others and heard similar bad reports. Wouldn't trust the 5 star reviews.

GoogleGreat advice never left there it's a big scam compared to the apartment they show you and the reality the apartments are dirty in pitiful condition etc, they are unscrupulous scammers! Never go there! It's advice but really!!! My problems are such that I have to go everywhere to get back the money that they don't want to give me back! Opt instead for private rentals. This agency is a big joke 🙃.
