GoogleWell, the first impression with them is very cool, but they don't solve the problems with the floors. I have been 2 months waiting for them to fix a bathroom problem (there is no hot water) and nothing, the guy who acts as an intermediary for us leaves a lot to be desired He is not attentive nor does he solve anything

GoogleThey are very professional and trustworthy, especially thanks to their amazing employees: Matteo did everything in his power to help me move in my new place, and was always there to assist me in any possible way. It’s a shame there is no 6th star to put in google reviews but this guy really deserves it all!

City Rooms is the best in London! Lost my keys on Saturday night after a messy party in Mayfair. Huge Thanks to their emergency service that got back to me straight away on Sunday.. they also directed me to the Stepney Green office on Monday and the admin team which was very friendly managed to get me the house keys for me on the same day. Very happy with their service!

The service of Cityrooms is ok for any new person that move in London. The only good point about this agency is its agent. I was super lucky to have Peter as an agent as he was the only one that was actually helping me in case of issue in the flat. Thank you Peter

GoogleScammers who create fake profiles to raise the bill. French, French, I advise you not to go through this organization. Look at the reviews on Facebook groups for accommodation in London. Read all the reviews on Google, Trustpilot. And if they don't like your comment on your experience, they threaten you under various aliases, notably when you ask for the 300 pounds deposit for 3 photos shown expressly on a computer.

Been with Cityrooms for 6 months , so far so good. No issues, service has been very efficient and quick, special thanks to Jafar in the rent department , was always ready to assist in any way possible. Keep up the good work!

GoogleWorst agent I have ever dealt with. All the 5 star reviews are fake. This company should not be trading. The flats are filthy (rodents, insects). The heating was broken for 5 months and there was no hot water for periods up to 3 weeks. Probably the worst estate agency in London. The tenants are desperate and naive people and I feel bad for them.

GoogleDO NOT GO HERE! All they want to do is to lure you into their office. They have fake adds up everywhere (on Spareroom) and when you enquire about a viewing or a website they just ask for your number and insist on going here. Typical Estate Agents. Very egotistical and the most unpleasant kind of people. Unhelpful and rude when you ask for any other information. Nothing unexpected really.

Worst property management company I've ever dealt with. No wonder they didn't offer me a viewing before moved in - half the property's light bulbs didn't work, there was mold in the freezer and bathroom, and the eco toilet flush didn't work. I was told by one of the letting agents that the cleaner comes once a week, to find out that they aim to get a cleaner in once every 45 days. I was also told that I could request a desk/bedside table that the building manager would provide free of charge. I moved out after 1 month, never did I receive this bedside table.I was offered a job elsewhere and needed to move, so I asked to cancel my contract early, they said that I'd have to pay 2 month's rent just to remove me from the contract. At least I'm out of the hell hole now.Shocking company, they don't deserve tenants or your money. Stay away!
