Really a great property in a perfect location. Everything was just as advertised and I had a great stay.I had to check in very late on a weekend and Akim from city relay was especially helpful in arranging someone to meet me and show me around despite the late hour.Would definitely love to be back there and/or trust the quality bar of city relay in general. An Excellent Experience

I found my experience with City Relay to be excellent. I cannot praise them enough. Communication was excellent. All information for my stay in London was provided correctly and on time. I had a slight problem with getting into the building so messaged City Relay. The response from them was quick and the problem was resolved just as quickly and easily. They also followed up to make sure I was okay. This was excellent service. I would definitely be happy to deal with them again.

Beautiful home great location

Let me start with the location is amazing. If you happen to visit between June and the beginning of August there is a great weekend street market. Next check your email. You will (seemingly) get an email from city relay. Click on that email and follow the instructions for pre-check in. You will not be able to get your key. I literally only took away a star because of the check in process. Taking a taxi/Uber from the airport is hard enough. Add to that you will have to make a stop at a store - give them a code - and then try to get the taxi to wait so you can get transported to the place you are staying at. It made a 50 pound ride cost over 100 pounds. My taxi county wait because I had to wait on my code. The good - again the location is ideal. It was a quick Uber ride to all the best spots in London and some a great free tour. There are ample restaurants in the area. The home is beautiful. Lots of space. If you have someone that cannot go up stairs please note there is a main bedroom with bathroom downstairs but the kitchen and living room is on the second level. Everything was clean and they provided towels. Bring washcloths or something to wash with.

Family vacation

Family vacationOur whole family stayed from October 01-October 07/2024. The rental was a beautiful villa in a quiet neighborhood. Really nice and clean and spacious. The grandchildren had a blast-they had lots of space to play around. Alessandro checked us in, procedure was seamless and he answered all our questions. All the other staff including George, Melissa, Tanja, Sri, Emilyn and Shara were very helpful throughout our stay. We will love to go back again.

We had a great stay in a City Delay… in Camden-Town

We had a great stay in a City Delay apartment. The house was very nice, especially for London standards it was big and good value for money. Everything was clean and there was all the comfort you could wish for. The beds were also very comfortable - that's not a given. The support via Whatsapp was also excellent and very accommodating - they even allowed us to stay two hours longer. The location on the edge of Camden Town was ideal. There are lots of shops nearby and three football pitches and two parjs around it. Camden Town has a rich music history, culture, numerous restaurants and even more shopping. We would definitely come back!---

Great location and service at Earl’s Court, London

We booked a stay in London through Marriott’s Homes & Villas. It was the first time I rented a flat instead of a hotel in Europe. I had questions about parking and laundry before we arrived and City Relay provided very helpful information to get us set up. We had no problems with getting into the flat either, which I was concerned about since nobody is on-site. Akim and his team were also great with checking in on us during our 5 day stay. I highly recommend this staying at the Earl’s Court apartment, can’t beat the location.

The apartment on Cromwell Road was a good choice for our vacation in London. It was very close to the underground station as well as to a few supermarkets and restaurants, and also within a short walking distance to the museums & Hyde Park. The place was clean and tidy. Akim and the team from City Relay were always very responsive and attended to everything that we needed within a few minutes. It was a pleasure to be their guests.

The place was lovely and charming, and the beds and pillows were comfy. We had a bit of a rough start with the instructions. I didn't realize that the keys needed to be picked up from a local store (Hopefully the instructions for the next guest will be updated to state clearly that the guests need to go to the store to pick up the key using the given code). Luckily, Akim was very helpful and professional in the way he helped me navigate through the instructions, to get the key, and later on to solve a small problem we encountered with kind words, patience, and understanding. Thank you Akim and possibly other who responded to my Whatsapp messages quickly. We also loved the area. The Pilgrim Pub was out go to place for food and drinks. (My 2 boys insisted on going to 50p wings Wednesday). There was a beer garden and food vendors by the underground station (which we walked to every day to use the tube). All in all a great place to stay (would have been 5 ⭐ if the instructions were clearer and more precise).

This apartment managed by Ciry Relay is just perfect place for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) to stay at in London. The place is just as described with spacious living room and good size kitchen. The 2 bathrooms are perfect with my kids sharing one and the adults using another. We didn’t spent a lot of time in the apartment but it was great home base to come back to after a day of sight seeing. Daily breakfast was taken care of at Pret a manger just around the corner, and the market next door offered the basic needs - water milk fruits. Akim and team did a great job answering all my questions pre arrival and during the stay. I highly recommend this place and will plan to book again in my next visit!

I truly enjoyed my stay at the City…

I truly enjoyed my stay at the City Relay property. The location was great, I felt VERY safe and it was clean and well cared for. The only couple of issues to point out:A: Someone in the bldg was a heavy smoker. The Apts are advertised as non-smoking, and if you are a non-smoking apt., technically, this should mean no smoking in other apartments within the bldg as well. Smoke travels, and it was the same as being in a smoking apt. B: Also, there is no access to watching actual/local channels (satellite service, not great). There were only 5x channels with the same repetitive programming, and those programs came in very pixelated. Aside from those 2x issues, everything was lovely!Thanks so much Tanja, Akim, and the City Relay team for a very pleasant experience! I plan to book with City Relay in the future!!

We had a very nice stay at an apartment at Kilmuir House. A calm neighborhood, within walking distance of the Victoria station. Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms. We appreciated to be able to cook our own food after a long day exploring London. Akim and his team from City Relay really made us feel welcomed and the City Relay WhatsApp chat answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. We recommend booking an apartment at Kilmuir House.

Short City-Break

After notifying the hotel of our early arrival in the city, they confirmed we could check in a bit earlier than planned. The staff, Alvaro and Monica were super helpful and very friendly. Room was clean and, whilst simple, more than enough for a short stay in the city. Close to Earls Court underground and local bus routes, I’d recommend it for ease of use, cleanliness and friendly staff.

CityRelay helps us manage a property in central London, they do a phenomenal job and after just a couple of months we already have tons of five star reviews and no negative feedback. When there’s an issue with the property like lighting or plumbing has been an issue, they’ve been super quick to get back to the tenants and solve any issues. This has been pivotal and ensuring we don’t get negative feedback when something goes wrong, but also ensuring that the guests end up feeling really happy. Feedback to us has been very quick and responsive as well, and the fees we arranged with them are very reasonable especially given the level of service they provide.

I had a nice stay at the apartment near Notting Hill in London. We booked the place about a few days before we left for London. I had to pick up the keys at a convenience store and provide a 6-digit code to get them. I didn’t have the 6-digit code so I had to call the City Relay customer service. I had no problem getting through to them and getting the 6-digit code. Once I gave the code, I was able to retrieve the keys and stay inside the flat. The flat was very nice and very comfortable for my family of 6. It had 3 floors, the lower floor had the master bedroom with a king size bed, and a washroom with toilet & shower. The 2nd floor was the kitchen and rest area. There was a stove and oven and a full refrigerator and dishwater. There was also a TV and couches on the 2nd floor. Everything worked great. The 3rd floor included two bedrooms, one bedroom had two single beds and the the other bedroom had a twin size bed. The 3rd floor also included a washroom with a shower and a bathtub. I was very pleased with my stay at this location and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.
