location was great, bus stop right outside the door and a 2 minute walk to train station. There is even supermarkets in the train station.And lots eating places nearby.The apartment had everything we needed and more. it was clean and warm, even had outside space.we had a fabulous time and would definitely like to stay there again, next time we come to London.I would recommend it to anyone.

I have used City Relay now for 3-4 years and am entirely happy with all aspects of the service that they have supplied. They feedback on issues received from the tenants and are always happy to fix problems themselves when I have not had a person available to do so. A good occupancy rate, and a handy calendar website.

He came to view my property and meet with me and made me feel at easy by giving me a full run down if City Relays services and how it all works once a property in listed. He stayed in touch and was always available to either meet or chat over the phone with any questions or queries. I would recommend him and City Relay for sure!

GoogleOverall, I had a very pleasant and satisfying stay. During my stay, I noticed that the toilet and the window were not in the best condition. However, whenever I reported these issues to the management company, they responded and handled them promptly each time. While minor issues like these can happen with any property, the fact that they addressed everything quickly and properly shows that they are a very reliable management company. I was able to stay with complete peace of mind. I would be happy to stay here again.

The flat was very clean and almost fully equipped for our stay. All that was missing was sponges, but there was a tea towel that could get the job done in a pinch.Akim was very friendly during our entire stay. We didn't have any need to reach out to him, but he made sure we knew he was there and eager to answer any questions.

Oh wow! What a team. Marilou and her team were absolutely amazing and so patient. I did not realise that enters was through the phone app, but Marilou was so helpful that nothing was too much. I was supposed to stay to 23 day but I have now extended as the service is superb. The flat is lovely and nice and just perfect. It has everything and it was in such good nick. Outstanding experience staying in London in a flat from city relay. Great people from the first one to meet us and check is in to the last person....especially Monica....who went out of her way to find things I left behind. She didn't have to and it was miracu she did but I plan to stay there again when I return. I fell in love with London and city relay made it all possible.

We thoroughly enjoyed are stay in Stoke Newington through City Relay. Lovely accomodation, smooth process and easy to access with the Keynest system. Communications wise quick responses from City Relay for any querries or problems. The accomodation was clean and tidy and as described, had everything we needed. Many thanks to City Relay. We will be using the company again for future visits, would recommend 5/5 stars.

An absolute pleasure working with City Relay. In particular, working with Carlyn who has been an incredible support during a tenancy renewal. They’re all very attentive and happy to help. Phone lines are good and they email back very quickly. Carlyn is extremely understanding and supportive. She’s so easy to talk to, very helpful, great at advising you on certain clauses, very devoted to getting things done and sorted and she’s great with the Landlord too. Carlyn is also very very organised with an amazing attention to detail and a readiness to get queries answered quickly, questions to the landlord answered quickly, and solutions made. Thanks so much City Relay for all your support and to Carlyn especially for being so great, so kind, so easy to chat to, super speedy, very thorough and organised.

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay at the flat provided by City Relay. The instructions from City Relay were very clear and they were very responsive to our questions. The flat was in a great location- near to shops, cafes, coffee shops and the tube. The flat appeared to have been recently refurbished, everything was new, clean and well designed. The bathroom was particularly roomy for a small flat in London. It is tucked away off the street and is quiet and private. There is a courtyard with seating, which would be a very pleasant spot to have meals during the summer months.

Organised renting a property for my daughter through City Relay and I couldn’t have been more pleased with how it’s all gone. The Lettings process was very straightforward and the property itself is lovely and had a wonderful “care package” on move in day … such a nice thought. Special thanks to the extremely friendly and patient Property Manager Roland who immediately responded and resolved any questions I had. Also a thank you to Saadiqah the Lettings Negotiator who likewise was friendly and helpful and steered the Let through.

Communication with the City Relay team was good from the beginning. Akim was quick to respond to all my queries and we were especially grateful when we once left our keys in the Apt and he gave us a quick solution. The apt is clean and cosy and everything works well. We like the location, you walk through a leafy neighborhood to get to the Tube stn - easy access to everywhere.Thank you Akim and City Relay team for your kind and good services .

The house in Alma Street, London, was very cozy and clean and everything was smooth. The team is very responsive and easy to talk to. Different options for check in and out. A special thanks to Melissa and Akim for helping us with our questions and to the agent Luis for coming back 2 times to check us in since our flight was delayed.

GoogleHad a great experience staying in a property managed by City Relay. The house was cleaned very well and was perfectly ready when we arrived. I had a bit of a hassle sorting out the key from the pick up point but Akim and team were extremely helpful in resolving my issues - even on a Sunday!! I always felt like I had support available whenever I needed it. I would definitely book with them again. One suggestion/area for development would be to have the keys stored at a convenience store closer to the property or in a lock box at the property (ideally).

We had a very enjoyable weeklong stay in a City Relay flat in the Mile End district of London. Quiet, clean flat with nice kitchen, bedrooms, and bath, etc., plus lovely view out to the canal. Convenient to two tube stops, grocery store, etc. Special thanks to Akim and Alma for the communication as well as the team’s help with early check-in!

The apartment was perfectly located within walking distance of all London’s major attractions in a safe area of mostly office buildings. The noise ceased early at the 2 wine bars close by. It was clean, light, fully equipped and roomy for the 2 of us. Check in was an easy, a 2 minute walk to a local store, I gave a code and the keys were handed over. Communication was prompt and staff were always helpful.

Akim and his team were very responsive, never took more than 10 minutes to respond to any queries. The apartment is modern and clean and in a quiet area. Some things that could be improved on is the late night arrivals for check in. There was supposed to be a concierge 24/7 however upon our arrival we had to wait about 40 minutes outside for the concierge to arrive to check us in. The water pressure in the shower is quite poor for our entire stay and there was no warm water on our second last day but was told this was a building issue. Overall stay 4/5

GoogleGood apartment. Infinitely better inside than the outside of the property implies. Great service from Akim - prompt re any query. Welcome package was toiletries for bathroom, not kitchen which I presumed. Having said that there was washing up liquid and tea/coffee in cupboard. Lift to apartment quick and efficient. Nice to have morning coffee on balcony - just had to ignore the spikes on edge which I presume are to deter birds landing. Can hear/see the planes a bit but with earplugs for sleeping that was fine. Great area with loads of independent restaurants. Highly recommend Champor Champor if you like Thai food. About 7 minute walk to London Bridge tube and about 1 min more to Borough - time for a quick bite at Borough market! There’s a children’s playground virtually across the road too which is handy for families. Worth a trip to fashion/textiles museum too if you’re interested in that kind of thing. Only slight pain is 10 minute detour to collect/drop off key - could do with that being closer, preferably close to the tube or apartment.

GoogleI wanted to thank Akim for his outstand service with my recent stay in London. The service team was very responsive to questions before and during my trip. When you travel a long distance to stay in a foreign city, it is great to have this support. The flat was in a great location, easy to get to transport and very clean. We love having access to the kitchen to make breakfast and tea. Two small detractors...the apartment was not ready at 4pm (not good for jet lagged travelers) and the mattresses were not very comfortable. Invest in a memory foam topper or new mattresses to make this place a 5-star experience.

We booked our apartment during our four day stay in London as part of a longer holiday trip to the UK from the USA. The apartment was bright and sunny and had been thoroughly cleaned before our visit. The bedrooms and bed were very comfortable. The apartment was well appointed with everything that we could have asked for. The neighborhood was nice and quiet as well as close to the London Bridge Underground station which we utilized often. We had a few minor issues and were very thankful for the prompt, 24-hour customer service that was very responsive and quickly resolved our questions. Thanks to Akim and the entire team! Highly recommended.

My boyfriend, my niece and I stayed here for my birthday. It was an absolute dream. Everything was perfectly clean and very comfortable. Portobello neighborhood was certainly bustling, we had everything we needed within walking distance, and the tube was an easy walk as well. Even on such a busy street, however, once you are inside it is very quiet and relaxing. Even the lovely outdoor patio was quiet and peaceful on the busiest weekend days, so you really do get the best of both worlds as a tourist. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a taste of everything during a London visit!
