We had a great experience with City Relay! They were super responsive to messages sent via WhatsApp, which was great when we had questions, even at night time or the weekend. Thanks to Monica, Alma and Josephine on the team for being so responsive and helpful! The property was clean and central, checkin was very easy also. Will definitely stay at one of their properties again!

Super convenient.

The place is very good, but the heater had trouble during our stay. Although city relay was response to my call quickly. But still we have to deal the London winter for 24 hours without heat or hot water. Other than that,the place was a vey good choice for visiting London,super convenient to go almost every popular locations.and staffs are very nice and polite ,Akim is one of them.

My friend and I stayed in London for around 10 days and it is our pleasure to stay in the house running by Akim. The house is near underground stations. It is big and comfortable, with plenty of space and a big TV in the sitting room, a chill balcony and two bedrooms (one with en-suite washroom). Thanks to the prompt response from Akim and his team, our check in and check out process is smooth. And they are always here to offer a help or answer your enquiry. It is recommended London tourist can stay in the house running by Akim.

We had an excellent stay in this bright, well-equipped and very well located apartment. The area is rich in shops, pubs and restaurants of all kinds, with a large metro station 3 minutes walk from the apartment, which is very convenient. Within walking distance are several sites such as the Natural History Museum. The apartment itself is very functional, comfortable and we appreciated the attention given by City Relay. We thank Akim and his team for their availability and the fluidity of exchanges which contributed to the quality of our stay.

The apartment was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped, and in a lovely location - enjoyed the stay and would stay again! It was so much nicer than a hotel to have a proper wardrobe, with numerous hangers, a washing machine etc. They kindly left some pods for the dishwasher and washing machine, as well as washing up liquid and a comprehensive set of nice toiletries. Being able to chat via WhatsApp with the support team was v helpful, or maybe that was just the agent I was lucky enough to get - thanks Akim! :) Two small points: it could do with a cafetiere as I didn't know what kind of pods were needed for the Nespresso machine and the cafetiere would be better for short stays. Also, the sitting room needs curtains to block the view in at night and to darken the apartment. I woke with the light a bit after 4am as despite a (small) bedroom curtain, the light comes in from the sitting room because the bedroom 'door' is sliding panels of frosted glass

It was an ideal accommodation as we wanted to "live" in London, not travel around this time, a lovely cosy room with neat facilities. Special thanks to Akim Courail-Jones and the team for your support during our stay!! A small suggestion: We found that we had to purchase toilet paper for our eight-night stay. Perhaps it could be something we can inform you to fill out next time? It's just a thought, as those who stay for fewer nights might not have to, if the same price? Anyway, we will definitely consider coming back again!

We stayed in an apartment in Fulham Broadway. Akim and the team always responded fast to my enquiry and they have been very helpful. Regarding check-in, the need to pick up the key from a location with 15-20 minutes walk was not convenient though especially when we arrived with luggage and we have to walk back and forth. Despite of the check in issue, the apartment was clean and tidy and conveniently located near the tube station with many restaurants nearby.

Really lovely flat in a great location - easy walks to transport, restaurants (The De Beauvoir Arms is fab!), groceries. Well-stocked and equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, light-filled lounge area, and one comfortable bed. On the downside, the “sofa bed” is NOT a double and is not very comfortable. The dishwasher and washing machines would not power on (nbd with the dishwasher, but we’d hoped to wash just a few items of clothing. 🙁). Akim and the staff at City Relay were very responsive and easy to work with. I’m sure they’ll have the appliances sorted! Would def book another property!

The flat we rented from City Relay in London was absolutely perfect. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms which was great for 2 couples. The location was perfect as well, within walking distance to where we had meetings and to Hop-On Hop-Off line. There's also a nice grocery close by and 2 underground tube lines to chose from. The flat was very clean and had a small kitchen with all the amenities. Akim Courail-Jones and others from City Relay were instrumental in making our stay the easiest experience possible; from early check-in to answering all our questions and to making check-out a breeze. No matter where you are in the world, City Relay will answer your questions within minutes. I would go back to a City Relay owned flat without hesitation.

We loved the decor and details in every room. The beds are very comfortable and we had everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen. Apartment is spacious, bright and clean. The bathrooms are a bit strange with separated hot and cold taps on the sink but we found it interesting and authentic. We thank City Relay Team for support during our stay, Akim and also Shara. The location is a bit out of the city center and at least 30 min drive by bus to attractions of intrest. But the bus station is 3 min walk from the building and overground and train are less than 15 min walk away.

My family of three stayed at this apartment for our London holiday and it met all our needs and beyond. Communication with Akim from City Relay was prompt and helpful. I received emails before our stay outlining the check in process to make sure I had all the instructions to reach the apartment and how to check out. We were able to have a member of the team, Alessandro, meet us in the lobby and made sure everything was in working order and ready for us when we arrived. The apt is on the 12th floor, open floor plan, floor to ceiling glass wall for an outstanding city view and outdoor balcony. We couldn’t have been happier with this apartment! The location was close to two subway stations (Borough 4 min walk and London Bridge 9 min walk ) which made it easier to get around. We were also within 7min walking distance to Borough Market and Borough Yards for so many eating options! In addition, there is a small grocery store on the block for additional food options. The check out process involved dropping off our key at a nearby (7 min walk away) store but there could have been the option of having someone meet us if needed. The entire process was super easy and the City Relay team were responsive to my questions. Totally recommend staying here for a family. The apartment itself was very comfortable and much better than staying in a small hotel room. We were able to spread out, sit in the living room to relax and have our morning coffee at a dining table with the most wonderful city view that included the Shard building. Lovely and nice location

The apartment was lovely and a great location. It was perfect for four of us to stay for a girls trip to London. However, we specifically booked a place with two bathrooms and one of the toilets was not working when we arrived. We immediately contacted the host and they repeatedly said they would send someone to fix it but never did. That was very disappointing and wish they would have done a better job of following up.

I rented a property with City Relay located in Clapham Junction, the whole experience has been very positive. Akhim and his team were promptly available for any issue or question during my parents stay. Location, apartment and support were amazing. The only downside was that the property was not properly furnished with a good selection of pans and pots and cutlery, and my parents were not really able to have a comfortable mean with the friends at the location

Lovely stay at this Chelsea flat. Tube is a <5-minute walk away in a great neighborhood. The flat itself has a nice-size living room, a tiny kitchen, decent-size bathroom, bedroom with plenty of drawer and closet space, and a bonus tiny patio in the back. It was perfect for what we needed, which was mostly just winding down in the evenings and sleeping. The property is managed by a system called City Relay, which included online instructions for everything and a very responsive team (including Akim) to answer our questions. Only two cons, both of which were communicated with management: 1) Keys: pick-up was a few blocks away and it was difficult to schlep all our luggage from the Tube to the key pick-up and then back to the flat. A lock box would have been much more convenient. Also, only one set of keys was available, whereas an extra set would have been helpful. 2) Shower door: the glass shower door was very short and so we got a lot of water on the floor when showering. Overall, a great stay!!!

First time ever booking with a…

First time ever booking with a management company rather than homeowner. They are a very responsive company, easy to communicate with even though there was a 5 hour time difference before I arrived. Flat was Very clean, spacious, well represented on the airbnb website, and in a super location. And it had a dryer! Would say the only thing that could have been easier would have been self check-in with a code. I had to uber to the center of London to get the key and then uber to the place in Angel--all after flying all night and waiting for the late afternoon check in. However, that being said, I wouldn't hesitate on my next trip to London to book a place they managed, Thanks, City Relay.
