The staff at the Chippenham Cinch branch were very friendly and informative, they responded quickly to emails and information requests. The office/branch had lovely a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. When it came to closing the unit again the staff were helpful and informative and quick to respond. Often it is this stage of relationship which can be most difficult to navigate & where you feel unappreciated as a customer. This was definitely not the case with the Chippenham Cinch branch.

Jason, the manager of the Leighton Buzzard site was great. He was extremely helpful assessing my situation and offering me options which suited me both practically and financially. The staff are also helpful after you've signed on the dotted line, which can be a rarity these days.Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a safe, clean area for your personal possessions.

TrustpilotEasy access and friendly staff and…
Easy access and friendly staff and process. Be weary of the height of the rooms being restricted by beams, so could be 150f² floor space, but wouldn't equate to m³ being exact. Lifts quite slow, so don't expect to get in and out quick. Overall all went well and facilitated our move greatly.
We're thrilled you had a great experience! Thanks for supporting local a business and taking the time to leave a review.

Craig at the new Woking branch was brilliant, so friendly, helpful, funny and polite, making a stressful, tiring time so much easier. The service he provided really couldn't be faulted and if we needed storage again, we wouldn't hesitate to go back. The whole place was spotless and clean and the rental prices were cheaper than elsewhere

A very friendly and professional service from both Mark and Lisa at Southend. After the initial sit down I knew I wasn't going to be using any other company. Clean and well presented storage facility. Very good rates, cheaper than other places we looked at. Seems like a very secure facility.I have no problem with giving a five star review and a recommendation to anyone to use this company. All in all an excellent service.
