TrustpilotAppearing at the storage in Huntingdon
Appearing at the storage in Huntingdon, not remembering my code to get in, forgotten my mobile with all information and booked the wrong size of storage. We needed a much bigger one! The staff in this place is brilliant. No hesitation, staying patient and super friendly, we were offered a bigger storage, paperwork was changed in seconds - we were in! We would like to highly recommend this storage place including its lovely, very helpful and funny staff.

TrustpilotExcellent recommendation to Cinch
Phoned Cinch initially, then visited to view the units as was told people invariably hired too big a unit. Very true.!! Everyone very helpful and friendly. Very well priced, easy access for unloading, unit had been swept and cleaned before my goods were packed. Would certainly recommend the company and very easy access for most of Brighton Hove literally just off the Preston Road (Preston Park)

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly and made the sign up procedure very easy.Storage facilities are very clean and dry of course being inside, with easy access, even to the upper floor, with parking space outside the roll up doors , large trolleys on hand and easy access lift.Price seems comparable to our previous outside container storage which got damp in winter and was much harder to access. So far so good, would recommend.Lee

Cinch Leighton Buzzard are such a great team to deal with. Jason has looked after us amazingly from day 1, he and Matthew always go above and beyond, answering questions, problem solving and always ready with a smile, a wave and a chat if they have time. TrustpilotSouthend branch couldn't be more…
Southend branch couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Explained what I needed it for and between Mark and myself in the office, we knew what size would be best . The place is always clean . It's great I can come and go as I please. The price is very reasonable. It's reassuring to know my things are safe.Only thing I have had trouble with is the trolly. Ha haThe whole experience has been 5 stars .
