I had to put my furniture in store during a house move. No one helped choose what size unit I should use, I don't know if that would be up to the removal firm or me but I have idea on cubic dimensions. Over the phone I was advised to pick a size and paid for it. On moving day, it turned to be only half what I needed, so I had to book 2 extra small units. The staff were very helpful but that was the best they could as no more large ones were available. I didn't visit the facility so can't comment on that. Furniture all eventually arrived with no problems due to Cinch.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Cinch (Brighton). Really friendly and knowledgeable staff; clean, secure and well maintained storage spaces; everything you need to make storing as simple as possible - loading bays, trolleys, boxes, dust covers, padlocks etc. We had no idea what size area we needed so popped in and were given a tour of the spaces which was super helpful. You also get given your own security code so can access your unit outside of office hours at no additional cost which was unexpected. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Both grace and martin at seaford have a friendly courteous manner. Welcoming everytime i attend the site. There office door is always open for a chat or if i have any queries. There have been issues with the access to the main building yet it was handled openly and deftly by martin. Both martin and grace are in their own right likeable individuals which makes any attendance enjoyable. At this point i cannot think of any issues that could be addressed. I would rrcommend this site for proximity to home address. Lastly,i have had some positive exchanges with fellow cinch customers.

We needed storage for a few months while we had home renovations done and Cinch Self Storage in Letchworth proved to be the perfect solution. Parking and access were great, our unit and the whole facility were clean and safe, trolleys were always available. Lauren and Zac in the office were friendly and professional and they made our whole experience as painless as possible. Definitely service with a smile - highly recommended
