I have had a fantastic experience with Cinch Storage in Leighton Buzzard. I have shopped around and settled with Cinch. Jason helped me sort it all out, find the right size, quote and all aspects of placing my belonging safely with them. He talked me through insurance and costs honestly and openly. The storage itself is safe, clean, dry and accessible. I get notifications in good time for their planned maintenance time, when closure is expected. Otherwise, I can come and go as I please, at any time. All paperwork on entry and exit were effortless, quick and fair. I thought 6 months initially what I needed but my circumstances made it 11 months. Matthew and Emma conducted my exit and they were also helpful. Thank you, Jason and Cinch Storage for helping me through a very difficult time in my personal life. Very highly recommended.

Company’s website was out of date with current availability. Allowed me to drop a deposit on reserving a unit that was never going to be available when I needed it.Their confirmation email was also from a no-reply email they suggested I should reply to if I had any issues. That reply bounced of courseThankfully they were quick to respond to my call and send me a refund on the deposit

Cinch was recommended to me by a biz neighbour. I’ve had my unit for around 6 months. I love the fact I can just come and go anytime of day.Lovely friendly staff. I’ve just given it up as I no longer need my unit but the whole process was seamless. Prices very competitive, offers on units alot if the time. I wouldn’t go any elsewhere now if I needed another one.

helpful with constructive advice. It was easy to talk to someone on the phone to reserve a container. My removal people were able to view it for suitability before unloading and when they weren't sure if it would be big enough we were given a sensible arrangement to find us space. The staff were all professional and friendly. The access is extremely good. With your own codes you can call in as and when you need.Trollies are available for moving boxes in and out although I think my removal people would have liked some larger ones to be available. Reassuringly calm durint a stressful activity.

Due to selling my current house, I required a storage unit for the next few months while the new property undergoes finalisation. I was originally expecting to use a section of my father's unit, but given the amount of stuff I had not taken into account, it was very quickly clear I would need one of my own. After a very quick discussion with the person on the front desk I was shown a few different sized units and I chose the one I would need. Within 20min I was set up and ready to start moving into the new unit. The team were very quick and professional throughout the contract set up and signing. It was also nice to arrive a day later to find a different person behind the desk who knew I had taken the unit on and knew my name. In summary, the unit is extremely clean, the signing on process was simple and fast, the team working there are very knowledgeable and polite, and after a few return visits to fill the unit I have realised the security system in place is extremely secure but user friendly. I also like the fact that I can gain access from 06.00 up until 22.00 in the week which is better than other locations I have used in and around the same area and including in Central London. Many thanks to the whole team for making a potential stressful point in my life into possibly the easiest part of the whole house move.

I'm really impressed with the layout of this storage facility, they have front and rear access / lifts and it's very secure. Abbass the gentlemen who helped us was very polite and informative , he personally showed us every stage of the process and we left feeling very happy with the overall service, we would definitely recommend this cinch storage facility.

Booked 250sq for a house renovation. Information and site visit generally was good (spoke with Abass) , some misunderstanding/miscommunication on size seen vs when booking, however all-in-all good. Storage unit 1st floor booked with easy access to lift, nice and clean unit - got booked in, payment setup, getting codes to access site very easy.So far so good.

We called first thing in the morning and spoke to Max, who promptly got us a storage unit. The facility is clean and accessible, and the help from Max has been great from start to finish. Great prices too! Will definitely use in the future!
