GoogleAfter a long search we finally found our home in Leyton through Churchill. The team were always happy to suggest alternatives when we viewed places that weren’t right. Once we found our property they always very quick to respond and we ended up completing very quickly after our offer was accepted thanks to their responsiveness.

GoogleOur rental flat was managed by Churchills for the 3 years we were tenants. We had a really positive experience with them. We mostly dealt with George from the beginning and he was always responsive, helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleShocked by how rude and unprofessional these agents are. After arriving at a viewing 10mins late due to unforeseen traffic incident I was met by nobody. After calling the office I was told I apparently only had a 15min slot to view the house (never mentioned before this) and that the agent had left. So after taking time out to drive across london these agents couldn’t wait 10mins and could bother to call me or even let me know prior that I’d only have 15mins (not enough time to check out a shabby ruined house) I feel bad for the owner of this property who’s prob alt looking for a timely sale. Good luck with these agents. Although looking through the quality of property they represent it all starts to make sense. Will Avoid from now on

Whilst we note your comments, we did explain at the time of booking your appointment that we only had a 15-minute slot available, and it is disheartening to now hear you state you were not told this. If you felt this was insufficient, we feel that you could have requested or accepted an alternative time/day at the time of booking where a longer period could have been allotted. We do appreciate your frustration that we could not accommodate you when you arrived late; however had you contacted and informed us you were delayed, we would have explained again, that we had alternative appointments and hopefully could have re-appointed this for another convenient time for you. We would add, we do feel your comments regarding our client’s properties to be unfounded and totally unnecessary.

Googleworst letting agency ever, please avoid if you want peace in your life. Im having to beg back my holding deposit a month later after moving out. before my tenancy start date, they told me they would be building works on the top floor, but since I will be on bottom floor it wouldn't affect me. two weeks later they put a crane right outside bedroom( was a studio) and that was my daily alarm at 7.30am in the morning everyday except Sundays, this went on throughout my 1 year tenancy.
Dear Saleh, this is disappointing to read and to provide context, you were fully aware that the delay in having the deposit returned to you was due to the delay in the landlords providing their instructions, as such our hands were tied. You were, however, made aware that the landlords would be seeking deductions which I'm pleased ended in a minimal amount and the majority of the deposit returned to you. The information relating to building works on the development were passed onto you verbatim as they were provided to us by the freeholder, so do not feel your review is fair or reasonable. GoogleOver 7 years living of in Walthamstow, Churchills have helped me buy two flats, sell one and rent them for 5 years on and off. I could not have a higher opinion of their staff and service; they are pragmatic, not obviously fee conscious, committed to delivering the best outcome for you and because they have a small team and low staff turnover are joined up between sales and letting, a trait I found especially useful recently when renting out a flat I was selling. Rory on the Lettings side has been a constant source of advice throughout my time as a landlord in Walthamstow, often providing his time when there were no fees to be generated just to ensure I did the right thing. Gary, Alex and the sales team again have been fantastic both when I was buying flats, but also a recent difficult sale, which they persisted in for the best part of 8 months. I once decided to deviate away from Churchills to another agent and quickly returned. In my opinion if their fees are higher than competitors, they are justified. If they are the same or lower, they are a bargain. Thanks to all the team for your help over the years.

GoogleIt has always been a pleasure dealing with the staff at Churchill Estates, Walthamstow branch. They exhibit calm and professional confidence and have always made me feel welcome. The client is always greeted with a smile (which is something that I personally appreciate) because it doesn't make one feel like a bother. The office is neat and clean with no clutter, and it has a homey atmosphere. Finally, they are not at all dismissive, but journey along with the client to ensure that customer satisfaction is guaranteed. Thank you, Churchill!

GoogleI bought my first property recently through Churchills and their customer service, manner and professionalism were second to none in Walthamstow. As a first time buyer with a small budget, I found the process of buying very arduous and stressful, however, Daniel and Gary made the experience much easier, offering support, reassurance and transparency throughout. I felt as though I could call them anytime, no matter how silly the question and they'd be more than happy to help me. I rarely post reviews, however, I felt the team at the Walthamstow branch deserved a glowing one. If you're looking to buy and want a friendly and honest agent (I didn't think this existed either!) your first stop in Walthamstow should definitely be Churchills.

Living in Homebridge Lodge, managed by Churchill Estates I find the service and their understanding of elderly people first class. In particular the trustworthy warden is always on hand to deal with any problems we might have. Furthermore she assists us and takes part in events or functions we might organise. It is so comforting to have someone to call upon when required.
