I would like to thank Alex for the exemplary professional and kind attention he has displayed during the initial valuation and management of paperwork working alongside myself and my elderly, frail auntie to help her assess her options so that she might move from London to Dorset to be nearer to me. Outstanding. Since writing this review (paragraph above) the property has now been sold. The actual stress of selling was greatly reduced by the professional, helpful and friendly service from Gary and the team. The sale itself started before ‘lockdown’ and has completed during it. There was no loss of service whatsoever from Churchill Estates during the lockdown and I have been grateful for all the help and advice in navigating the sale through these unusual times. I have found all the staff entirely trustworthy in every way.

It was a pleasure working with team at Churchills to sell my property. Churchill’s are one of the longest serving estate agents in Walthamstow and I felt they were safe hands. They’re experienced, polite and great communicators. I interacted with most of team and worked closely with Gary and Alex who have exceptional local knowledge which is a valuable asset in a quickly changing market. I’ve had such a good experience with this office, their staff go out of their way to help out and give excellent support. Lily especially has been a real godsend recently when locked out, she came to the rescue with a spare key which helped my mum a lot. It’s great to meet a team who are genuinely interested in helping out and resolving a problem. Absolutely 5 star service. Highly recommend.

Tebbutt Lodge - Market Harborough

I had the pleasure of staying in the guest suite at Tebbutt Lodge, in Market Harborough, recently. What a super place. The entrance lobby and residents lounge was inviting and cosy for such a large room, and the Guest Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Jo, the manager, was so welcoming and friendly, and very helpful with local knowledge. I will definitely be back.

Even though the whole process was lengthy due to some issues with referencing (done with a third party company and not directly with Churchill Estates), they made sure to stay constantly in contact with me and my partner.

They are scammers. Let me explain their scams. Advertising a property for ££ price to rent, after view they want to to bid because the landlord wants more then what they advertised. Even if you go higher, they will ask you for holding deposit, then they will come with failing references and keep your deposit for them to feed their family. Under what law they are allowed to do this kind of scams? Shame of them,

I have just stayed in the guest room at Bechers Court, Old Roan where my mother lives. Suzanne has made the room really special. New beds, bedding and pillows and lovely fluffy towels. There is a tv on the wall and good WiFi. There is also lots of complimentary teas, coffee, milk and biscuits. I love staying there.

I moved to live at Trinity Lodge in Formby four years ago. It is a wonderful location. It is only a five minute walk to the village centre and a 15 minute walk to Formby station The gardens are well maintained I have lovely neighbours. Suzanne is a credit to this company. The residents all love her and the reason I always stay in Bechers Court guest room. All new bedding and a new water heater. Big telly on the wall and lots of choices of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Wouldn't even bother looking for a hotel now.

Avonbank Lodge

My mum and Dad have been living at Avonbank for 2 years. My Dad is disabled and has had a few problems. It is a comfort that the Lodge manager Amanda Williams is there to call on. This has been the case for me and my mum. She's a very busy lady but is there with a friendly smile. I feel the move to Avonbank was the best thing my parents have done. A warm and friendly atmosphere and location couldn't be better. And for us their children having someone over looking after the Lodge and ensuring everyone's safety is fantastic.

A 5 star choice in retirement

I have lived at Avonbank Lodge in Newbury for six years following my decision to make independent living my final home. Avonbank Lodge is a Churchill retirement development now managed on a day to day basis by Churchill Estates. My decision was one of the most important I have made in my life, and one that I have had no regrets. The lodge is centrally located within Newbury and its amenities, ideal for my personal circumstances. Avonbank Lodge is managed by Amanda Williams who manages the smooth running and ensures the building and grounds are kept to an excellent standard. Amanda has 58 apartments and their owners to deal with, some probably easier than others. .... nothing seems to phase Amanda and she always has a ready smile for all of us, we are fortunate to have her as our manager as are you, her employers.
