I have nothing but praise for Gary, Daniel and Maria. Daniel, in particular, was absolutely fantastic. He did a very good job selling my property and found a buyer quickly (2 weeks). He was professional and considerate especially when I experienced a couple of hiccups along the way. His communication was excellent, and he kept me updated regularly during the whole process. Feeling amazing, just completed the sake of my rental property. The service I received from Churchills from beginning till the very end was exceptional. Selling a property is and was emotional/financial draining. They were always there for you. Communication was very high. The whole team made a collective effort to support the sale of my rental property especially when potential buyers pulled out at the last minute and with very slow solicitors involved with the actual sale. Very professional and knowledge team lead by Gary. I liked him the first time we met. Great local knowledge and people skills. My favourite estate agent in the area, of many!

We’ve just let a house via Churchill and found them to be absolutely superb. We’re not based locally so having a fully managed service that works is important to us and Churchill have over delivered. Everything has been smooth and and easy. When things have gone wrong to no fault of Churchills (prior tenants losing keys and needing locksmith to be called out etc) they’ve got it sorted quickly without any hassle at all. George in particular is great at running a lettings process and managing everyone through the chain. 10/10 can’t fault them at all!

We recently rented a flat through Churchill Estates and our experience has been really great so far! Right from the viewing to moving date, everything was well managed and organised. Special mention to Rory- who was extremely helpful, very efficient and had brilliant communication with us throughout! We received all paperwork in detail, on time and all our queries were answered. On our first day, they even gave us a little gift box with many useful items for the new house and lots of vouchers. It also had a lovely handwritten card wishing us luck. I think these little things make a big difference! Also, they were quick to resolve any teething issues we had during our first few days. Very happy with them so far and would certainly consider them trustworthy.

I’ve used Churchill estates Walthamstow to rent my apartment I’ve been dealt with George the letting manager personally the experience couldn’t have been smoother quicker and easier always replied to my emails and phone calls immediately made the whole procedure a lot more pleasant than it would normally be. On collection day George was waiting for me in the apartment to sign the necessary paperwork alongside with his professionalism he also brought me a starter package for the new apartment alongside with a gift card. After moving in even tho the agency doesn’t manage the property I’m in he still is very helpful trying to help me find the things I need. Great staff effort brilliant service highly recommended

Very happy to have rented through Churchill Estates. Our letting agent George was super friendly, and more importantly really helpful throughout the process. George and Gemma, property manager, have also been very hands on in helping us settle in and ensuring some bits and bobs in the house are fixed. So far it’s been a very refreshing experience. As tenants we feel looked after, which is hard to come by these days.

Robin Jerrom and his team at Churchill's Walthamstow did my sister proud. She is 89 and wheelchair bound and needed to move from her two bed terrace on Bedford Road to more appropriate accommodation. Churchill's could not have been more helpful. Robin willingly fitted appointments to suit us - we live over an hour away from Walthamstow - so we could all discuss the details of the sale and make sure everything was covered. If Robin was away from the office there was always someone willing to take messages or better still - good office management - knew precisely what I was talking about and was able to answer questions. Emails were promptly answered and I was regularly kept informed of progress. So thank you Churchill's for making what could have been a very traumatic period as smooth a transition as possible.

After an incredibly long and, at times, frustrating process, my wife and I have finally completed the sale of our two-bedroom Warner flat in Walthamstow. Looking back, I can say with complete honesty that, had it not been for the outstanding service and professionalism of your team, I’m not sure the sale would have happened at all. Before my experience with Churchill Estates I have long held a negative view of Estate agents in general but Churchill are truly extraordinary. They genuinely care about both their buyers and sellers interest. We had a very long and stressful experience buying this property through no fault of Churchill but Tom helped us every step of the way sometimes above and beyond his duty. He would often chase our solicitors and the vendor's to keep the transaction together and moving. We really appreciated his efforts and attentiveness. We honestly felt more support from Tom than our solicitor who is contractually obligated to represent our best interest. Tom was there from start to completion and he isn't the only good egg. Daniel also helped us out on several occasions which just goes to show that support, attentiveness and care runs through the office. They are a truly wonderful bunch.
