I have had the best experience renting through Churchill Estates, The agent Paul was extremely helpful and i always got a quick response whenever i had any questions regarding the property. The referencing and paperwork went really smooth, and i had no problems at all! I worked with Gary who is the manager of the Hoe Street branch. I (like many) believed all the negative stereotypes about estate agents and was so happy to be proven wrong! As a first-time buyer I was taken care of from my first expression of interest when I walked in on a grizzly Saturday morning right through to completion when I was keeping warm in the office, charging my phone, waiting for the transfer to go through. I could not have asked for kinder, more honest individuals to work with and there is no other agent that I would want to use when the time comes to selling my home!

I have never felt the need to write a review before, but I feel that the outstanding service that I have received from Churchill's, Walthamstow branch, deserves to be noted. My house was with another agent for six months to no avail. We went to Churchill's and had sold the property within two weeks at a price above the original realistic guide price. Robin and Gary were extremely professional and went above and beyond what any other estate agent, in my opinion would be prepared to do. Robin was always courteous, polite and ready to help in any way that he could, keeping us regularly informed throughout the whole process. Well done Churchill's, Walthamstow branch, who I would not hesitate to use again.

From the moment of our initial property valuation Churchill's stood out from the other local estate agents. We decided to go with them as they were obviously knowledgeable but also because they were NICE! Buying and selling a property is stressful enough without dreading talking to the estate agent. We dealt with Alex, who I cannot recommend highly enough. At every stage of the process he was available, well informed and very patient. When situations arose he took the time to answer our questions fully and we felt properly supported throughout the sale. It was great to be able to call Churchill's and know that the person on the other end would be helpful. In our experience everyone we dealt with was unfailingly professional and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I stayed for 7 days at the Riverain Lodge in Taunton, in the guest suite. It was an excellent experience - a comfortable en suite room and well appointed. Also very convenient for visiting a friend who lives at the Riverain. The staff were friendly and professional - a special thanks to Helena.

Clean, safe and well run by caring on-site staff. My mother was made to feel welcome from day one at Bechers Court both by the residents and especially by the court manager Suzanne. No issue is too small for her attention. She gets to know the residents, keeps a keen eye on any maintenance issues and encourages healthy social events and interactions. She has helped make the transition to living in a self contained complex very easy.
