GoogleI had another great experience with Chestertons selling my 3 bed flat in Highbury Fields, I had it on with another agent but Chestertons secured me a solid buyer and it exchanged contracts quickly. Guy Morgan agreed the sale and Scott Abrahams and Guy helped push it through, I can’t thank them enough in this extremely tough climate and would highly recommend using them if you are wanting to buy or sell in the area

Simply a scam. We booked a viewing for one of the properties they listed and once we got there they showed us a completely different property, also badly kept, and certainly not what we were there to see. They justified themselves saying that there had been a mistake uploading the photos and that the very nice flat we saw in the first place was out of the market. In one word, scam and time wasters.

GoogleUtterly appalling. 4 weeks after moving out, we still haven’t received our deposit back, despite daily phone calls and emails. Excuse after excuse. Avoid like the plague.
Hi Amanda, really good speaking with you yesterday afternoon, you’re aware we’re looking to expedite the return of the deposit and await the landlord's agreement. The end of tenancy guidelines allow you to raise a dispute with the deposit provider too. I believe my colleagues in our Kentish Town office and Property Management have been in touch and we’re on the phone here if needed. We wish you well in the meantime, best wishes.
