GoogleThe five stars I'm giving for this review are solely for one individual, Anson Nyako. Anson and I spoke regularly and built a solid rapport during my time at at a property in De Beauvoir. He exudes coolness and clarity on all situations and offered practical and logical advice throughout. It's great to work with someone who puts a human touch on their work. Anson was very sympathetic to the mess caused by a more senior member of the lettings team - something which subsequently led to the departure from my home. Throughout this process, Anson remained consistent in his promise, his work and his desire to strive for best in class results. What a great employee you have there, Chestertons. Alex

GoogleMe and 2 friends were looking for a flat to rent and I found the staff to be unhelpful, dismissive and rude. After viewing a property we submitted an application that day, but never heard back - even sent several follow-up emails asking for an update but heard nothing. Until I phoned up a week later to be told it had been let after the first viewing (would have been great to know!) Incredibly disorganised as I had never little points of contact throughout the process, the staff can get away with being disinterested and impolite as there is always going to be a demand on the flats they let. I must say Joanna was the only member of staff who treated me with respect - everyone else were blunt and cold.

GoogleWe have recently bought a family home through Chestertons. Oliver obviously knows the market very well. I called about one property and had a viewing plus three good alternatives the next morning. He was very proactive and responsive throughout. During the last few days before exchange Oliver was outstanding, working with agents through the chain to push the transaction through for our preferred pre-Christmas exchange date. When we come to sell Chestertons will definitely be our first choice and we have already recommended them to friends.

GoogleI had a few estate agents round my place to value and advise on a sale and quickly settled on Chestertons. I found them straight talking and clearly had a really strong grasp of the local market. I was under offer quickly after going to market. There were a few bumps on the way especially in and around exchange but Will was always on hand to provide solid advice and chase both sets of solicitors for a resolution as/when required. I'm delighted with the service provided.

GoogleThe behaviour of this estate agent and the landlords they represent made me leave London after only two years. I know our housing market is broken, but that doesn't excuse the shameless chasing of rent rises and profiteering for the sake of 'the market rate'. In the end, this simply chases people out the buildings that we renters dare to call our homes. Sadly, to landlords and estate agents, those buildings are simply financial assets to be squeezed for more and more revenue.
