As much as this process can be stressful and long, Jamie has made it easier and efficient in a brilliant way. I enjoyed dealing with her and she took all my concerns into account given and explained anything that was unclear. When Abbi wasn't available the other team members would avail themselves to assist.

I called to query about letting my property out in Blackheath the agent called me and advised they had a viewing the next day, Bobby later returned and we discussed the tenant was looking for a fully furnished property, they arranged all furniture/ delivery/ cleaning for a very reasonable price and the property was let within a week for 3 years- the rates were also very good, Bobby was very knowledgeable

Bad communication from the agency.

Worst communication from the property management team.I requested a call back from the agency several times due to my property manager, Shakil, was unavailable, however, he never called back or emailed back. I have to call them day after day to solve the property issues. It's been two months, and my request has never been satisfied. Their manager is busier than the prime minister, so just avoid this agency, don't bother them.

I can't praise enough the Chestertons Sales team in Kew. Not only was everybody I dealt with very friendly and professional. I was impressed by how quickly suitable potential buyers were identified. Viewings were accommodated with sufficient notice, client feedback was promptly given and excellent guidance was provided during the conveyancing stages. We moved in a week ago to a property let and managed by Chesterton's and unfortunately have had quite a disappointing experience thus far. The initial viewing and offer process was good with Nikki (although we couldn't get into the flat the first time) but it rapidly went downhill from there. There were many bait and switches (e.g., items promised to be left by landlord but not), no flexibility at all on a one-sided contract, and finally the flat was left in terrible condition. Many items that were meant to be fixed before move-in was told to us after the contract was signed and simply stated there was "no time" to do it prior to the tenancy (indeed they encouraged us to move in early!) - none of the bathroom doors nor the bedroom door close at all, there is a giant hole in one bedroom wall, protruding nails/floorboards throughout, etc. Coordination to fix these has been very slow thus far. Seems like Chestertons goes to great pains and indeed even lie for landlords, not so for renters. Buyer beware.

Professional First Class Service

A big thanks to Jamie and team at the Notting Hill Gate office. They arranged the property rental very quickly. Gave lots of good advice and processed the whole letting without any issues. It was a great decision to instruct Chestertons as they took care of all the paperwork, checks and statutory documents that are required today. All completed without fuss and found excellent tenants. Will definitely use again.
