GoogleI wanted to thank the Chestertons team in Camden who helped me find my dream apartment. the whole team is super responsive and they send me the best ads from all the agencies I work with. special mention for Tringa who is an incredibly sweet and accommodating agent. she is a killer and she will help you best in your research and negotiation to find your dream rental. thank you for everything and I recommend this agency.

GoogleHorrible experience from the beginning of tenancy to the end. At first they rung us multiple times everyday asking us to put an offer in because apparently we were competing with another offer. Only to find out after that this wasn't the case and we were the only interested party. Moved in to the house to find used coronavirus tests in the kitchen, most things were dirty and broken and didn't have a full set of keys for all doors and windows. No one seemed to care or bothered to barely reply to us telling them it was unacceptable. Left without a working bathroom for 4 days after a substantial structural leak and had multiple phone calls and emails ignored and finally had one rude reply telling us this was not an emergency. We were then billed with £500 after them telling us it was completely our issue. (This charge was only dropped after we had to acquire the opinion of a professional plumber to tell them this would not have been caused by us) Found ourselves without working appliances in the kitchen several times, due to faulty mains. Now we have moved out almost 3 months ago and our deposit has still not been returned us, we are waiting 3 weeks every time for a reply to tell us they are not giving it back because we are to pay the cleaning fee, even though the property was disgusting when we moved in. Do not trust this agency, the staff are rude, incompetent and could not care less about their customers.

GoogleSold my one bed Camden Town flat through Chestertons on Parkway and have to say they were absolutely amazing, worth every penny with such a professional but also personal approach to supporting me through the entire sale process. Incredibly stressful sale but the team at Chestertons were always on hand to deal with all matters big or small, they led in keeping my chain together and when i sell again i will not hesitate to use Chestertons estate agents. Thank you especially to Emlyn Parks and Luke Duckworth, you guys have been amazing!!!!

GoogleExtremely unprofessional, it takes them 2 weeks to answer any emails and when they do they are not helpful. Had numerous issues in the flat and it’s been really difficult to get support. I honestly wouldn’t recommend them.

GoogleLived in a flat managed by them for a year. Took every opportunity to gouge money out of us before move in, were slow to respond during the tenancy and used the end of tenancy check as a cash grab for normal wear and tear
