GoogleFrom my experience, finding a property is London is terribly stressful, especially when you have a dog. Thankfully, the Chestertons team made this possible for me. Georgina Mepham was incredibly helpful, very quick to respond and she went above and beyond for me. I couldn't be any happier with the service provided, and would recommend to anyone who needs to find a new home.

GoogleIf you could nominate an estate agent for an OBE I'd nominate Emlyn Parks for selling my house during a pandemic. His honest appraisal of a fluctuating situation, polite good humour, reliability and calm professional manner was reassuring for both me and my buyer. He never failed to return my calls, texts or emails and has helped deal with solicitors and the other agent involved in my ongoing purchase. Emlyn and his team of Falco and Jack have been a pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI found the team here to be really helpful. They are professional, friendly and approachable. Our team were mostly Emlyn, Jack and Folco. I felt they were open, honest and realistic throughout the process, always available to meet, discuss and go the extra mile-liaising with solicitors, buyers, sellers and others to ensure things proceeded as smoothly and quickly as possible. They worked really hard to keep all sides happy and have great diplomacy skills-especially Jack. There were plenty of viewers and offers. Our property sold for a fair price at a challenging and unpredictable time. I would certainly be happy to use them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have been very fortunate to be able to purchase the property through this agency. Folco is very kind and helpful. Although it took us quite a while during the initial diligence check process, it went really well after. Folco had been extremely diligent and been calling all parties on a daily basis. He's also very patient and able to explain everything well to everybody. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with him and would love to have the opportunity to collaborate with him again in the future.

GoogleVery helpful and professional agent throughout our process of finding the property, going through the process of renting and moving into the flat. Thanks to Chaz, who helped through our process, each step was followed through and completed to make sure we can move into the flat on time. Also, very human and understanding to make adjustments and communications to help us move in smoothly. Felt we were in good hands and can trust the agent will make things happen for us! Had a nice positive experience and enjoying our new place very much!

GoogleI have been waiting over 3 months for the return of my deposit. I have chased multiple people at the branch with no response or follow up to confirm when my money will be returned. I was also made to pay ridiculous fees to end a contract early (£600+) to cover 'commissions'.... the property was rented out to the new tenants the following day- It made no sense...but we were told if we didn't pay we couldn't end the contract. They will try bleed every penny out of you.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Hi Stewart, thank you for getting in touch. After further investigation, we are aware that someone has been in contact with you to discuss this with you. To confirm, deposits are held by Chestertons as Stakeholders and we require written confirmation from both the landlord and tenant before they can be released. Unfortunately there was a slight delay in this process but we’re happy to confirm this has now been finalised and you should receive funds this week. In relation to any fees owed, when a contract does not have a break clause and a tenant moves out prior to the end of their fixed term, the landlord is entitled to be reimbursed for any losses incurred. GoogleThe process of finding and moving into my new flat was very smooth and quick. Giancarlo was always available to sort out any issues that popped up and the whole thing felt relatively stress free, especially when compared the move in process for my previous flat. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleIt was great finding a house with Chesterton. Very less agencies help in providing a short term lease but Simon not only helped in that but negotiated and gave us a good deal and was always readily available to provide us with any assistance.

GooglePositive: Responsiveness We had a really great experience with Chestertons Camden and Primrose Hill (very unlike Chestertons Islington, which we did not experience positively). Chaz was extremely responsive in securing the flat we wanted with a quick timeline. They were as digitally helpful as they could be with all of the restrictions in place.

GoogleI have been really pleased with my service so far with Chestertons. Every time there has been an issue, they have been able to get this resolved. A special mention goes to Stevie Walton who has consistently provided an outstanding and honest service through the years and part of the reason i have remained a loyal customer, and most recently Catherine Whaley who was incredibly prompt in sorting out an issue that arose, very impressed indeed.
