GoogleIn apparently difficult sales market, Emlyn Parks, manager of the Camden office of Chesterton, acted on our behalf on the potential swift sale of a terraced residential property just behind the Crick Institute in St Pancras in October and November 2024. He advised a sensible sales strategy and delivered exactly what he had recommended on a timely basis. He and his team negotiated the sale, saw the sale through the survey and legal stage and delivered on an exchange of contracts within six weeks. I was extremely impressed and would wholeheartedly recommend their services to any vendor.

GoogleI rent my flat out through Chesterton's Camden and was really quite nervous when I first made the flat available for rent. Ryan Briggs in the property management team is fantastic - he's responsive and takes ownership for sorting anything out that needs sorting. I'm able to relax and trust he has everything in hand. I also have confidence the tenant has an excellent level of service and support from Chesterton's.

GoogleWe got in touch with Chesterton's when we were looking to move flat. Simon and Martina were always pro-active in their communication, thoughtful in the properties they suggested, and professional in all interactions. They kept us updated on all properties as for some getting access was difficult. They were keen to understand our requirements (and actually listened). Would highly recommend and will use them next time I need an estate agent.

GoogleI have been very impressed as a landlord of 15 years and different agencies at the level of professionalism from all the team members. Miss Stevie was outstanding in having property ready for market and finding the right tenant match in record time, I was incredible impressed at her work. My worry was that such a large agency would mean that my one small property would be overlooked, and that i would have so many different points of contact for the management details would not be noticed. In just a few weeks of new Tenants being Im pleased that I have a great point of contact who I feel and can reach out to and has consistently delivered high standards and made things very easy. Catharine Whaley is now my go to person. Im really impressed that the staff take that little extra effort and deliver high standards with ease. All my questions concerns have been dealt with in super quick time and I feel we are part of a team delivering a good service to the tenants in a win-win setting. Highly recommend.

Very responsive throughout and flexible to fit in viewing time. Even on the last day he was there helping the vendor and now helping us with service contacts in the area. GoogleI'd like to say that Simon Karajian from Chestertons was the best letting agent I've interacted with during my home search in London! Once I told him my requirements he presented me with a handful of great options, and he always super honest about each one's downsides too, which is incredibly important when you're talking about a place you'll live in for 12+ months. When I did submit an offer through him, he was quick to respond and helped me draft it so that it would be the most appealing to the landlord. Simon is also super approachable and a very nice person in general! Although I ended up choosing a property from a different letting agent, I had to make sure to post this review so that Simon gets the recognition he deserves. Thanks again!!

We had our boiler replaced recently and everything was planned well, the installation team chosen were great. We had a post installation hiccup and the installers attended back close to midnight on a Saturday evening.

GoogleI recently used Chestertons for renting a property. Unfortunately, I was frustrated by their lack of transparency and communication at the end of the tenancy. A month passed before they came up with any deductions from my deposit. During that time, the incompetent staff was not responsive of my emails. I felt like they weren't always working in my best interests. I would recommend potential renters stay clear of them.
