asked specifically if there was a lift in the building, as it's essential for my work, and before the viewing, I was told there actually was one. Upon arrival, the agency wasn't able to access the property (the tenant had to intervene), and they told me that there was no lift in that building. Literal waste of my time. And an absolutely pointless service if you're trying to sell a property. Avoid.

Nikki Moisis and the team was always available to answer questions and give advice to provide a professional service for the letting my flat. In an era where we could receive scams, etc, I would have appreciated an introduction when new names appeared on the emails and I didn't know what their role was. Information 'crossed' at times which led to a confusion as to who was in charge of what.

Selling the family home, I chose Chesterton's having had good dealings with them years before. Brexit votes, uncertainty over a general election, Christmas, then New Year, followed by a global pandemic all contributed to a potentially tricky time to sell from the later end of 2019. Added to that were unhappy circumstances forcing my sale and a complicated set of needs for my onward house-search. Emlyn Parks guided me through many months of this sale process and gave unwavering support to help me find the right new home to buy. From the beginning, Chesterton's was professional and efficient - from the brochure for the house, to the tactful way viewings were managed. Emlyn was responsive and empathic in what was undoubtedly a difficult set of circumstances and with us - a divorcing couple - who must have been the the clients from Hades. At every stage, Emlyn ironed out difficulties, misunderstandings and kept our buyer happy too throughout a long convoluted process. I felt personally that I was supported through the months of sale and purchase, and Emlyn - and his colleagues at Chesterton's Camden - with their professionalism and kindness, made a difficult time manageable.
