GoogleHonestly could not ask for a better estate agent to handle the sale of my flat. (the same flat that I initially bought through!) great local knowledge, fantastic communication throughout, felt like they took a lot of the pressure off and never felt bombarded or overwhelmed. Honestly, Chattertons completely wash away any negative thoughts you have ever had of estate agents. A shining example of what service an estate agent should provide.

GoogleDoug and his team are top notch! First class service from start to finish. The sale was a little out of the ordinary, being a "probate" property and I wasn't in the area. They helped set up everything that was needed, even to getting the garden cleared. I was so very grateful for all their help. Highly, highly recommend!

GoogleBought a house from Chattertons. Doug was the agent and was excellent throughout. Estate agents generally have a bad reputation, but Doug was very professional and a nice guy - he's a real credit to Chatterton's and his input made the process much smoother. Communication was really good throughout. I was a first time buyer so the house buying process was new to me, but he explained everything clearly and was crucial in driving the purchase through.

It was our first experience renting a whole property through an estate agent, and we were in the unknown. Janet was there to kindly explain things to us, for which we are very grateful. Once we found the right house we dealt with Tracy who was super responsive, friendly and supportive. All round great experience for us first time buyers.
