GoogleThe service and support we got from Doug and everyone here was second to none. Chattertons are so down to earth and personable; Doug gave advice on all areas, supported us through the process, when our solicitors let us down. He gave us his time, humour and honesty. He was always really welcoming (and never false like most estate agents). We can’t recommend them enough. Fantastic experience.

GoogleI have found Doug, Katie & the team to be nothing but helpful, polite, honest and professional. They were responsive to any potential buyers and always gave us the feedback they had received aswell as make recommendations to us as sellers. Having previously been messed around with another estate agent they showed us the way that estate agents should conduct themselves. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the local area for buying or selling.

GoogleTerrible experience, could not get through via phone as kept getting disconnected. Finally called from another number and managed to speak to someone, who promised that they will give me a call back as they are so so busy and are short of staff. No-one called back. Really unpleasant to have such experience.

Sorry to hear this would be good to know who this is from as we pride ourselves on being honest and having maximum integrity as a long established estate agency our business has been built on these very values. This almost sounds like it could be a false review is it is the exact opposite to how conduct ourselves.
