The company was very professional in handling the end of tenancy process (Otherwise known as the Check-out process). They sent a detailed check out report with photographs to act as evidence for the findings of the check out clerk, who works for a 3rd party inspection company and hence their report seemed truly impartial & free from bias. However, there were a few inaccurate items in the report which most probably are a result of an in accurate inventory process conducted prior to my checkin. Accordingly, upon first contacting Chase Evans about it, Murat Colak, was a true client centric senior manager who handled the situation with great empathy & promptly resolved the matter. We ended up quickly agreeing and my security deposit was subsequently released. Special thanks to Murat for same.

If i could give ten stars, I would !Alan went above and beyond what you would normally expect from a properly manager.I have had some issues with the new flat after we moved in. Which I wasn’t expecting.Whoever Alan my property manager handled the issues professionally and was responsible, helpful and fast to get things sorted.From the first email he was in charge contacting my landlord and updating me, quick to reply and communicate and played a key part in ensuring the issues will be resolved to the satisfaction of all parties.Kept following up all day everyday helping me settling in my new place.He didn’t leave me until I was completely happy and satisfied.I really appreciated that and hopefully, he continues to be the Property Manager.

GoogleRelatively easy process to move in despite the housing crisis our country has found itself in. Special thank you to Chloe, Aldo and Jack for providing us with timely updates and always being responsive. Harvey is an enthusiastic professional and very pleasant gentlemen. My wife and I have just moved from Australia and in our search for a new residence Mariam was one of the most knowledgeable agents we have dealt with. I was experiencing a hot water shortage in the apartment I rented, and after I contacted my house manager, Adriana Chaba, she immediately contacted the apartment to confirm the problem, and an engineer to come to my home to help resolve it. My property agent, Xin Guo was very helpful overall. We had some issues initially and this was due to a faulty apparatus, which was very tricky to handle as it involved sourcing the part and trying to fix it correctly without damaging anything. Xin Guo really helped to push the contractors to get things done in a timely manner, and luckily things worked out in the end. I can only attribute this to the persistence of our agent in communicating with the landlord and the contractor. I’ve had very bad service from agents in the past and I can truly say that this issue was handled very professionally by our agent. Thanks Xin Guo!

GoogleCalled about a property's EWS1 status, the person answering said he "didn't know about that" in a flippant tone. Not very helpful considering how important this is in renting and certainly far from professional, not unlike the false 5* reviews they seem to be paying for here.

We are tenants in the property managed by Chase Evans (East property management) and we are super happy about level of service they provide!Recently Danish Ashraf helped us a lot with the leakage from the apartment on top of ours - he stayed in touch, organized time for us and the owner of the apartment causing the leakage to assess the damage, and helped us agree on the resolution.
