Ms Petra Somerville sent me the acknowledgement of my complaint on behalf of Chase Evans Customer Services on 23 August 2026. She promised that I would receive a written response within 15 working days. However, I haven't received any replies from her yet. I sent emails to ask for the process but no replies so far. How can people trust Chase Evans anymore? No stars should be given to this company.

Great experience with the agent for listening carefully to my needs and find the appropriate flat, unfortunately the flat wasn’t in great condition when i first got the keys, there were couple of maintenance issues and cleaning problems, happily Minsung from the managing team took care of it, the cleaning team re attended and the issues has been resolved. After I let one of the agent know that I’m happy about the deduction of my safety deposit after the checkout. She sent me an email asking me to give her five stars review and mention her name. I didn’t think her service was up to it and I didn’t want to be rude so I decided not to give her any review. However there has been six emails or more spamming me with the same messages asking for the reviews going on for a few weeks. Which is very disturbing so I have decided to write this review. It’s way too spamming and demanding. Other positive reviews with this agent name is not flagged however mine is when it’s a negative review. Now I need to edit her name out but I will make sure to send chase evans about the amount of spamming emails she has sent me.

I’m a landlord residing outside of the UK and Chase Evans have been proactive in managing my property in London for a few years now.Peter Burgon and Antonino Ranno, has done exceptional jobs with managing renewals and contracts, always listening to my instructions and also providing good excellent market judgment and advice. Also Kimberly Fernandes at Chase Evans recently resolved a simple maintenance solution with my tenant, rather than instantly booking a contractor as a protocol. I’m pleased Kimberly was proactive. GoogleTerrible experience with Chase Evans and my assigned negotiator Ahmad Raza (Greenwich branch). Communication has been poor throughout, and the one basic condition of our offer, a professionally cleaned flat, was ignored. When we raised this (with photos), we were dismissed and made to feel unreasonable. We were also misled about leftover items from the landlord, told they would be removed but then left with them, cluttering our storage space and making it difficult to unpack. Over a week later, no clear timeline or solution has been provided. Slow responses, lack of accountability, and an overall stressful, frustrating process. Would not recommend.

She was critical in getting repairs in our property done, and helped manage very unresponsive and difficult engineers. She took care of everything, making it a smooth and easy process for me.
