Gladys was so helpful and understanding of my requests. I asked to be able to extend the deadline for the payment and she was able to accommodate me. I also wanted to test that I had the right account by first sending a small sum, and she was patient and understanding about that too. She was also able to answer any questions I had and communicated in a time efficient way.

GoogleI was meant to share my personal experience and beginning of my tenancy journey with Chase Evans Greenwich but the whole covid 19 mayhem draw me back! I moved in my new flat 2 weeks ago, where i was happy to meet during the viewing a brilliant and very promising estate agent -Valerio Berdondini-. He was friendly and extremely helpful from the get go and manage to secure the flat without giving me false hopes. The whole procedure was so prompt and smooth and i really felt that people like Valerio as well as the brilliant Tereza Simkova who guided me through the admin side are worthy for any tenant out there to deal with, and i d highly recommend the agency and especially both of them for any future negotiations! Thank you for the bottom of my heart for helping me moving in as well as being on top of maintenance and any matter i needed to deal with! Warmest, Elessa

As a foreign buyer, I have very limited knowledge about the local properties and the nearby environment. Ginny found me really excellent properties which is lovely and HIDDEN GEMS in London. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable of the property, facilities, restaurants and shops in this community, but also genuinely attentive and responsive to our needs. She made great efforts to arrange a viewing for us with the presence of the home owner so that we would interact with the owner, asking as much as questions we have and get a full picture of the property and the living environment. This opportunity is extremely rare in our past viewings. If you're looking for an agent who truly cares about your home buying experience, Ginny is the perfect choice.

My experience with chase Evans was perfect. From securing the property to leaving I felt the staff made everything as easy as possible, trying to make it as swift as they could. My property manager Max Watson was also very helpful, during my time at the property he would really quickly respond to any issues I had and resolve them as fast as he could. I would definitely recommend using chase evans simply based on customer service alone.

I have been renting a property managed by Chase Evans for more than a year now. Experience has been really great and seamless so far. My property manager, Aurora Li, is always prompt in resolving any issues with the flat and responds to queries with a great sense of urgency. To give an example, recently I noticed an issue with plumbing, Aurora organised a contractor to look into this the same day I reported the issue.

His explanation was clear and helpful, and despite needing a reply from us confirming that we were happy to remain, he was very patient when I inevitably forgot to reply for nearly 2 weeks.

GoogleAmazing until you sign your contract and pay the money. From the day after they already don’t care. Tried to ask assistance for maintenance. Sent 4 email for 2 different person and on the general email address nobody responds. And the previous tenants’s pubic hair is still blocking my bathtub…

Ms Petra Somerville sent me the acknowledgement of my complaint on behalf of Chase Evans Customer Services on 23 August 2026. She promised that I would receive a written response within 15 working days. However, I haven't received any replies from her yet. I sent emails to ask for the process but no replies so far. How can people trust Chase Evans anymore? No stars should be given to this company.
