Chase Evans have been professional, responsive and very supportive in helping me find a flat. There were some issues that needed to be sorted upon my move, resulting from previous use of the flat and Noel Ng, the Property Manager has continuously tried their best to help resolve them in a timely fashion. In cases where this was difficult to do in terms of getting approval from the landlord, Noel worked hard to find a resolution that would work for both parties. I continue to be impressed by Noel's responsiveness, fairness, empathy and support in ensuring I have a good experience as a tenant. I would highly recommend Chase Evans based on my experience with Noel.

GoogleGinny Pattni did a fantastic job selling my buy-to-let flat. She arranged an open day, and secured multiple offers on the same day, including a full asking price offer, which I accepted. Throughout the sales process, she provided exceptional guidance, kept me well-informed, and was always professional and focused. Ginny made herself available and responded to my queries even on her days off. She went above and beyond by helping with furniture disposal and liaising with contractors to fix some minor issues that the buyers wanted addressed. When the buyers tried to reduced their offer by 5% just before exchange, Ginny never pressured me to accept anything less than the originally agreed asking price and eventually convinced them to stick to their original offer. I was so impressed with her that I gave her an instruction for another property, which I already had on with a different agent. Would highly recommend!

GoogleI rented a property (IG11 7GT) through Chase Evans Lettings from October 2022 until the end of November 2025. Throughout the tenancy, I dealt directly with them for rent payments, the initial deposit, and all property-related matters. Unfortunately, their service was not consistently up to standard. Shortly after moving in, we experienced a bed bug issue which required repeated follow-ups and escalation before it was properly addressed. Communication during such matters was often slow and required unnecessary chasing. What is most disappointing is the handling of our deposit after vacating the property at the end of November 2025. Despite multiple follow-ups, we have not received our deposit back. We are being told they are “chasing the landlord” and awaiting a response. However, to my understanding, the property has already been re-let and rent is being collected, which suggests there is active communication with the landlord. It is frustrating that when it comes to returning our deposit, we are being directed elsewhere and advised to contact the deposit scheme ourselves. When the deposit was taken, payment was made directly to the agency, and communication was prompt and efficient. It is disappointing that the same level of support is not being provided now. I sincerely hope the CEO and senior management team review this case and ensure it is resolved promptly and fairly. Kind regards Hirok

This was a difficult sale, due to a difficult solicitor, and delays from the managing agent’s correspondence. Ginny was instrumental in chasing and keeping the process going, and providing reports on current progress (that you do not necessary get from your own solicitor), which helped to keep on top of issues before it become a disaster. I believe, without Ginny, the sale would’ve fallen through. She does more than just read emails, her behind the scene efforts is crucial to the success of this sale. Highly recommended.
