GoogleThe worst ever!
First they lied to me and my sister when we went viewing they said water and electricity were included few days when we agreed he said oh no we never include water and electricity! And I was like whatever maybe misheard even tho me, mom, sister and my husband heard it was included..
the apartments was rented for 6 months ONLY!
And they charged £72 for ONE light bulb that went off and was removed and kept in the kitchen drawer for safety, and I told them the light bulb isnt working so it was removed and its in the drawer!
They charged £10 for curtains scratch and fading? How can a curtain be “faded” in 6 months? And scratch from where? No kids no pets? And ofc the cleaning fees.
And on top of that cause we trusted them and they were clear to us that only fees we need to pay is the renting fees including water/electricity and since my sister is student from abroad she didn’t know about Council tax and was made clear that student do not pay council tax but after months from leaving the apartment around €400 bill came “council tax”?
They kept piling up an expected charges!
Anyhow NEVER AGAIN

We are sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with your experience and would like to clarify a few important points regarding your tenancy.
Utility bills are not included within the rent unless explicitly stated within the tenancy agreement. Prior to signing, all tenants are provided with full details of any applicable charges and responsibilities, including which bills they are liable for during the tenancy. As mentioned, it was confirmed that the student occupant would be exempt from council tax, however this exemption does not automatically apply to all occupants within the property. Responsibility for council tax payments therefore remained with the liable tenant, which resulted in the outstanding balance following the tenancy.
With regard to the deposit deductions, Chase Evans does not independently decide the outcome of deposit returns. We act as an intermediary between landlord and tenant in accordance with the tenancy deposit scheme process. Should either party disagree with any proposed deductions, these can be referred to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) for review through their independent and impartial dispute resolution service.
