We’ve found Chase Evans to be efficient…

We’ve found Chase Evans to be efficient and reliable so far, our first year went smoothly with little to report but after renewing we’ve had a few issues crop up in the property (mainly appliances). Our property manager, Muhammad is very responsive, he gets back to us either same day or the next working day and the main delays have only been coming from suppliers. We’ve have some ongoing queries and I don’t doubt that he will be able to help us sort everything out as quickly as possible.Our renewal process was incredibly easy, we got in touch early but everything was handled within a week or two, and I was grateful for how proactive the team were.I obviously can’t speak for the process of leaving the property yet, but I have high hopes and have been pleasantly surprised after seeing some bad reviews for this company.

Tenancy renewal and property management

The flat we are renting has been managed by Chase Evans for the entirety of our tenancy. Over the last year, Kean was an excellent and very responsive manager for our property who provided very rapid and effective responses. This month, we faced the renewal of our tenancy and we honestly believe Madison did an outstanding job in helping us negotiate a good price considering the significant increase in the market in our area. Very good communication and mediation with the landlord.

Terrible letting agent. Slow replies, unhelpful staff, and very poor maintenance. Some issues I reported at the beginning of my tenancy were still not fixed nearly two years later. The deposit return process has also been unnecessarily slow and frustrating. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend them at all.
