GoogleChase Evans has been very helpful in the process of moving in to our apartment at Meranti House. Due to Covid-19 we were not able to view the apartment beforehand but we received a virtual tour and the apartment lived up to all our expectations once we got here. Especially thanks to Ahmad who has been extremely helpful and professional. He has done everything to accommodate our wishes and help with questions. Chase Evans Aldgate lettings team is terrible. Never registered me as a tenant in new property. There was a heating meter debt from the previous tenant they asked ME to pay (!!!) and promising a refund. It's been 18 months and I still haven't got my money back. Hurford Salvi Carr nearby are so much better - avoid Chase Evans like the plague.
