Considering prices of everything has gone up this year, our landlord had proposed a huge increase in our monthly rent because they also hadn't done this over 2 years but our renewals negotiator - Madison Feng was super helpful. They listened to our comments and put this nicely to the landlord and got us a fair and good amount for rent. We are staying for another year and happy with the results.

Danish Ashraf gave very prompt attention to my enquiries about a maintenance issue notified by my tenant. He managed the process very well, researched similar matters raised in similar units in the same development and reported back to me clearly. I always find that Chase Evans keep me regularly updated on matters affecting my property. I have been using them as my managing agent for six years now.
