The property management team handling my property in East London have been exceptional. Relative to other property management firms I have used in the past the quality of service general responsiveness is miles ahead. I'd like to call our Danish Ashraf who has been my main point of contact who promptly responds to my queries. I'd definitely recommend Chase Evans to manage your rental portfolio.

I was very impressed with the way Chase Evans supported me whilst I was renting a property in Woolwich in 2021/2. The process of securing the tenancy was very smooth, and the support I received while renting was good. In particular I appreciate the support given to me by Max Qian in terminating the tenancy, he was very helpful, efficient and prompt in steering me through the process

GoogleLong was extremely helpful and professional throughout. From the viewing to signing the contracts. We had a terrible time with a different agent and had viewed over 15 flats. Long was the first agent to give us a printout with all of the flats information and genuinely cared to explain the different features. I would thoroughly recommend! Thanks again Long.
