They never give to us the deposit back when we have left the house. They founded any excuse to keep it. So just make sure when you leave the flat or you enter in the flat you take pictures of every single thing

GoogleABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. This agency used the wrong check in report and tries to charge me almost £500 for damages caused by previous tenants. Not responsive at all, the communication is a nightmare - 40 e-mails exchanged about this case and still no agreement. None of my phone calls to the property manager were answered. I always need to send a few follow ups to get an answer to my e-mail. If I could go back in time, I would never choose this agency.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Furthermore, he helped me gain access to the letter box to retrieve an important document which was immensely helpful. Overall, the company staff are helpful and friendly.
