Even when sometimes when the property has to be remarketed, the staff from Chase Evans could find new tenants within our expected rent within a very short period of time. Georgia showed us a flat for sale in greenwich and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property as well as the process. She also shared with us a list of conveyancing solicitors they deal with directly. Definitely a good experience with the agency.
